Panchayat St. Andre, Goa Velha (General), ward
No. IV of Village Panchayat Se-Old Goa (Reserved
for Women), ward No. XI of Village Panchayat
St. Cruz (Reserved for Women) in Tiswadi
Taluka, ward No. III of Village Panchayat Pilerne-Marra (General), ward No. IV of Village Panchayat
Pombhurpa- Olaulim (Reserved for OBC) &
ward No. IV of Village Panchayat Socorro (Reserved
for Women) in Bardez Taluka, ward No. III of
Village Panchayat Mollem (General) in Dharbandora
Taluka, ward No. V of Village Panchayat Ambelim
(Reserved for OBC) in Salcete Taluka and
ward No. I of Village Panchayat Mencurem-Dhumashe (General) in Bicholim Taluka in the
State of Goa are scheduled to be held on
21-06-2015.
And whereas this State Election Commission
will issue a public written notice in Form 2 of the
intended election as required under Rule 10(3) of
the Goa Panchayat and Zilla Panchayat (Election
Procedure) Rules, 1996.
Now therefore, this State Election Commission
in exercise of the powers conferred upon it under
Article 243K of the Constitution of India and Section
237 of the Goa Panchayat Raj Act, 1994 read with
Rule 10(2) (i) of the Goa Panchayat and Zilla
Panchayat (Election Procedure) Rules, 1996 do
hereby notify that the nomination papers of
candidates in respect of bye-elections to ward
No. II of Village Panchayat Shristhal (Reserved for
OBC Women) in Canacona Taluka, ward No.VI of
Village Panchayat St. Andre, Goa Velha (General),
ward No. IV of Village Panchayat Se-Old Goa
(Reserved for Women), ward No. XI of Village
Panchayat St. Cruz (Reserved for Women) in
Tiswadi Taluka, ward No. III of Village Panchayat
Pilerne-Marra (General), Ward No. IV of Village
Panchayat Pombhurpa-Olaulim (Reserved for OBC)
& ward No. IV of Village Panchayat Soccorro
(Reserved for Women) in Bardez Taluka, ward No.
III of Village Panchayat Mollem (General) in
Dharbandora Taluka, ward No. V of Village
Panchayat Ambelim (Reserved for OBC) in Salcete
Taluka and ward No. I of Village Panchayat
Mencurem-Dhumashe (General) in Bicholim Taluka
are going to poll on 21st, June, 2015, shall be
accepted by the respective notified places from
2nd June, 2015 to 9th June, 2015 from 10.00 hrs.
to 13.00 hrs. except on 7th June, 2015 being
Sunday.
