Once the renewal process is complete all renewed Season Ticket Holders will receive an
invitation to participate in a seat upgrade process that will take place in late August. The
invitation will be mailed in early August and this is a great time to add seats or move to
other available seats in the arena before they go on sale to the general public.
All Husky Athletics ticket sales and gifts are final. There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations. UW reserves the right

Each day in the dining room at the Conibear Shellhouse, student-athletes from all sports gather for meals
specifically prepared to meet the nutritional needs of collegiate athletes. As a VIP you will be invited to join
the team for one of these dinners. This experience provides the most authentic behind-the-scenes look at the
life of a student-athlete.
Children are welcome and encouraged to attend team support events, though participation may be limited for
youth of recruitable age.
