connection history. It operates within a closed user group.
Easy-to-use encrypted Email
goldenMail keeps your email private by encoding the content of your messages through
encryption. When you send an email, goldenMail encrypts your message automatically and restore
it back to a readable form when an authorized receiver reads it.
Encryption protects your message with a lock, making it unreadable to anyone who does not
possess the key needed to unlock it. goldenMail protects you even if you are using a wireless
connection. When goldenMail is removed, no personal data are stored into the computer.
How does it work?
All you need is your goldenMail USB Key and your personal passphrase to access your MailBox:

Plug goldenMail into the USB port of your computer
Enter your password to unlock your goldenMail USB Key
Double-click the launch-button “goldenMail.exe” and enter your passphrase and access
your own private email
After use, leave goldenMail/Thunderbird and eject your USB Key
No historical information are stored into the computer
Your Email messages are stored encrypted into our private servers based in Switzerland. To
permanently delete your messages from goldenMail, you have to remove them manually from any
mailbox (inbox, outbox and Trashcan). No personal data is stored in your computer.
Don't keep goldenMail together with your other secret elements in the same place.

Security in case goldenMail USB Key is lost or stolen
Send an email to [email protected]. Upon receipt of your message, your account is
immediately disconnected. Replacement is a charged service operation.
