OSUIT FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIPS
American Gas Association Scholarship
Are enrolled as a full-time student in good standing in the University; Have successfully
completed two semesters of study in the University's Pipeline Integrity Technology
program; Have not been a recipient of a scholarship from the Fund in prior semester(s);
Have a cumulative GPA of 2.8 or higher in the semester prior to each distribution in
accordance with the standards set by the University.
Association of Oklahoma General Contractors
Scholarship
The recipient must be enrolled as a student at Oklahoma State University Institute of
Technology, in the Construction Technology program. The recipient must have an
expressed interest in highway and bridge construction.
Bill Leib Culinary Scholarship
The recipient must be enrolled as a full-time student at OSUIT in the School of Culinary
Arts Program and must have a grade point average of at least 2.5 on a 4.0 scale.
Selection preference will be given to students who volunteer at Culinary Art events.
Bob Klabenes Endowed Scholarship Fund*
The recipient must be enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student at OSUIT-Okmulgee
working toward an Associate Degree in Applied Science or a Bachelor of Technology
Degree and must have documented financial need. The recipient must have completed a
minimum of twelve (12) semester credit hours at OSU IT with a grade point average of at
least 2.4 on a 4.0 scale, computed solely on courses completed at OSUIT-Okmulgee. The
award is renewable as long as the recipient continues to meet the criteria set forth herein.
Selection preference shall be given to students enrolled in the Registered Nurse Program.
Brandon Thrash & Valerie Carter Fine Dining
Scholarship*
The recipient must be enrolled as a full time student at OSUIT-Okmulgee and must have
completed a minimum of two semesters in the Culinary Arts program. The recipient must
have a minimum grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale and must submit an original
recipe that has never been selected as a winning entry in any competitive contest, to the
selection committee. Selection preference will be given to students who are residents of
the State of Oklahoma and who are currently employed or interning in a fine dining
establishment.
Bruce Mercer Memorial Scholarship
The recipient must be enrolled as either a part-time or full-time student at OSUIT in the
Division of Arts and Sciences. The recipient may be a high school student participating in
concurrent courses at OSUIT or selected from the current OSUIT student body. The
recipient must be in good academic standing and making sufficient progress toward
completion of his/her program of study. Selection preference shall be given to first
generation college students. The number of awards and size of the award shall be
determined by the selection committee.
Captain Robert Stotts Scholarship Endowment*
Preference will be given to prospective or continuing students in the Culinary Arts program.
Cecil Oakley Memorial Endowment Fund*
Preference will be given to students currently enrolled in the Automotive Technology
program. Recipients must be from Alfalfa or Washington County (Oklahoma). Both
prospective and continuing students are eligible to apply. Recipients must have a
Cumulative GPA of 2.5 or better. Must have financial aid need as determined by a
successfully completed FAFSA.
Chesapeake Energy OSU-OKM Natural Gas
Compression Scholars
The recipients must be enrolled as a full-time student at Oklahoma State University
Okmulgee in the Natural Gas Compression Program. Scholarships may also be awarded
to first year students enrolled as full-time students at Oklahoma State University Okmulgee
in the Natural Gas Compression Program. Minimum high school unweighted GPA of 2.5 for
graduating high school seniors. Minimum unweighted GPA of 2.5 for first year students
enrolled as full-time students at Oklahoma State University Okmulgee in the Natural Gas
Compression Program. Pursue a full-time schedule (minimum of 12 hours/semester) of
courses toward a degree in natural gas compression each semester at Oklahoma State
University Okmulgee. Maintain a minimum 3.00 cumulative GPA each academic year in
coursework toward degree.
Chevron Instrumentation Technology Scholarship
Must be enrolled in the Electrical/Electronics program or BT in Instrumentation.
Prospective and continuing students with a minimum GPA of 2.5 are eligible to apply.
Must have financial need (as determined by a successfully completed FAFSA).
Chevron Natural Gas Compression Scholarship
Prospective and continuing recipients must have a minimum grade point average of at
least 2.5 to be eligible to apply. Financial need as demonstrated by FAFSA is not a
requirement.

Scholarship*
Conoco Phillips Scholarship
Must be currently enrolled in the Air Conditioning and Refrigeration program. Continuing
students with a minimum GPA of 2.5 are eligible to apply. Must have financial need (as
determined by a successfully completed FAFSA).
Dale Oliphant Memorial Scholarship
Must be enrolled in the GM Automotive Service program. Must have attended the Kiamichi
Technology Center Stigler campus (or other Kiamichi Tech satellite campuses if no
qualified applicants from the Stigler campus apply.) Continuing or prospective students
with a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or better. Must have financial need (as determined by a
successfully completed FAFSA).
David Allen Minson Scholarship Fund
The recipient must be enrolled as a full-time student at OSU IT in the Engineering
Technology program. The recipient must have a minimum cumulative institutional GPA of
2.50 or higher for continuing students, and a minimum 2.50 cumulative CPA for high school
and/or transfer students. Recipient should have documented financial need and must
reapply for award consideration.
Dennis Paine Scholarship
Prospective or continuing students with a minimum GPA of 2.5 are eligible to apply.
Don Porter Construction Management Endowed
Scholarship*
The recipient must be enrolled as a full-time student at OSU-Okmulgee, with documented
financial need. The recipient must have completed one half of their degree program and a
minimum of sixty (60) hours in either the Construction Management program or the Civil
Engineering program. Recipients must have a grade point average of at least 2.0 on a 4.0
scale, with evidence of satisfactory academic progress. Selection preference shall be
given to students who are graduates of Oklahoma high schools.
Don Porter Scholarship Fund
The recipient must be enrolled as a full-time student at OSU-Okmulgee. Recipients must
have completed a minimum of sixty (60) hours of coursework and at least one half of their
degree program prior to applying for the award. Recipients must have a grade point
average of at least 2.0 on a 4.0 scale, with documented financial need.

Engineering Technologies Scholarship@
Recipients must be enrolled in Engineering Technology program. Prospective students are
eligible to apply. Recipients much have a High School Cumulative GPA of 2.5 or better.
Must have financial need as determined by a successfully completed FAFSA.
Foley Equipment Scholarship Fund
The Fund shall be used to provide scholarships to students in the HEVI Department. The
recipient must be enrolled as a full-time student at OSU IT in the CAT Dealer Prep
Program. The recipient must have a minimum cumulative institutional GPA of 2.50 or
higher for continuing students, and a minimum 2.50 cumulative GPA for high school and/or
transfer students. Recipient should have documented financial need and must reapply for
award consideration.
Frank W. "Pat" Murphy Endowed Scholarship*
The recipient must be enrolled as a full-time student at OSUIT-Okmulgee. The recipient
must have a high school grade point average of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale if he/she is an
entering freshman student and a grade point average of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale if
he/she is a continuing student. The recipient must have documented financial need and
must be enrolled in either Engineering Technologies or the HEVI Division. Recipients will
continue to receive the scholarship until completion of their course of study with
maintenance of the selection criteria.
Fred Jones Ford Scholarship Fund
The recipient must be enrolled as a full-time student at OSU IT in the Automotive Service
Technology program. The recipient must have completed a minimum of 12 semester credit
hours and have a minimum cumulative institutional GPA of 3.0 or above. Recipient should
have documented financial need and must reapply for award consideration.
Gas Compressors Association Scholarship
Continuing students must have earned a minimum of 12 semester credit hours and no
greater than 42 credit hours in the program and must have a cumulative institutional grade
point average of at least 2.75 to be eligible to apply. Financial need as demonstrated by
the FAFSA is not a requirement.
Gas Processors Association Scholarship
Continuing students must have earned a minimum of 42 credit hours in the Natural Gas
Compression program and must have a cumulative institutional grade point average of at
least 2.75 to be eligible to apply. Financial need as demonstrated by the FAFSA is not a
requirement.
Georgia-Pacific Engineering Tech Scholarship
Must be enrolled in the Electrical/Electronics or Instrumentation Technology seeking an
Associate of Applied Science or Bachelor of Technology degree. First-time college
students with a high school diploma must have a cumulative 2.2 GPA. GED or
homeschooled students must have a composite ACT of 21 or above. College transfer
students must have a cumulative GPA of 2.5 or above. International students are also
eligible to apply. Financial need (as determined by a successfully completed FAFSA) is
NOT a requirement.
GPSA/Bartlett Family Scholarship at OSU-IT*
The recipient must be enrolled as a full-time undergraduate student at OSU-IT, with
documented financial need. The recipient must be enrolled in the Natural Gas
Compression Program in the HEVI Department and must have a grade point average of at
least 2.5 on a 4.0 scale.
Grady W & Joan K Clack Scholarship*
The recipient must be enrolled as a full-time student at Oklahoma State UniversityOkmulgee.
Gulf States Toyota Scholarship
Currently enrolled full time in the Toyota Automotive Service program. Applicant must be a
U.S. citizen residing in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Mississippi or Louisiana. High school
graduate, home schooled or GED with a cumulative CPA of 2.50 or better. Must possess a
valid driver's license and have an employable driving record. Must be willing to take a drug
test, if requested by sponsor dealer. Must have financial need (as determined by a
successfully completed FAFSA).
H.K. and Tonnie Greer Scholarship Endowment
Fund*
The recipient must be enrolled as a first-year student at Oklahoma State UniversityOkmulgee. The scholarship may be renewed provided the recipient maintains satisfactory
academic progress. First preference shall be given to graduates of Morris High School;
second preference shall be given to graduates of Beggs High School; and third preference
shall be given to graduates of any high school in Okmulgee County.
Halliburton Student Scholarship Fund
Preference will be given to students currently enrolled in the Engineering Technology
program. Both prospective and continuing students are eligible to apply. Recipients must
have a Cumulative GPA of 2.5 or better.
Henry & Katy Martin Endowed Scholarship*
Open to all students enrolled at Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology. Both
prospective and continuing students are eligible to apply.
HETD General Scholarship
Pursuing an AAS degree in Orthotic & Prosthetic Technician Program. Must be enrolled in
at least one HETD class each semester in which the scholarship is received. Prospective
or continuing student with a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher. Must have financial need (as
determined by a successfully completed FAFSA).
HEVi Endowed Scholarship Fund*
Preference will be given to students currently enrolled in the HEVi Technology program s.
Both prospective and continuing students are eligible to apply. Recipients must have a
Cumulative GPA of 2.5 or better.
International Society of Automation Scholarship
Recipients must be currently enrolled in the Electrical/Electronics Program and have
completed a minimum of 75 credit hours in the Electrical/Electronics program. Must have
financial aid need as determined by a successfully completed FAFSA. Cumulative 3.0 GPA
or better is required.
J.C. Crawford Memorial Scholarship*
The primary intent of the Settlor is that funds accumulated in the trust fund from the
investment earnings of the trust account be utilized to assist needy, worthy students to
defray their actual school expenses, i.e., tuition, books, laboratory fees, and so forth; but
no grants for the purpose of living expenses or housing costs, and also provided that the
grantee shall be a full-time student enrolled in not less than 12 semester credit hours or its
equivalent leading toward graduation from the particular area in which they may be
working.
J.D. Roberts Scholarship Fund*
Recipient(s) must be a graduate of an Okmulgee County High School. Both prospective
and continuing students are eligible to apply.
James H. Eaton Memorial Scholarship*
Recipient(s) must be a first-year student at Oklahoma State University Institute of
Technology and a graduate from an Okmulgee County High School. Must have financial
aid need as determined by a successfully completed FAFSA.
Jason Newberry Memorial Scholarship*
The recipient must be enrolled as a student at OSUIT-Okmulgee in the Natural Gas
Compression program. Continuing students must have earned a minimum of twelve
semester credit hours and a cumulative institutional grade point average of at least 2.75 on
a 4.0 scale to be eligible to apply for the award. Financial need as demonstrated by the
FAFSA is not a requirement. The scholarship shall be renewable with maintenance of the
selection criteria.
Jerry D. Barker Endowed Scholarship*
Preference will be given to students currently enrolled in the Air Conditioning &
Refrigeration Technology program. Both prospective and continuing students are eligible to
apply. Cumulative 2.5 GPA or better is required.
Joe Thomas Worley Memorial Endowed
Scholarship*
The recipient must be enrolled as a full-time student at OSUIT-Okmulgee. The recipient
must have a grade point average of at least 2.5 on a 4.0 scale if he/she is an entering
freshman student or a grade point average of at least 3.0 if a continuing student.
Recipients will continue to receive the scholarship with maintenance of the selection
criteria. These minimum requirements may be waived if, at the discretion of the selection
committee, the recipient has shown a marked improvement from the prior semester.
Selection preference will be given to students in the Engineering Graphics and
Design/Drafting program and/or students with documented financial need.
Joseph A. Bradley, Sr. Memorial Fund*
Open to all students enrolled at Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology. Both
prospective and continuing students are eligible to apply.
Julia Latham Nursing Scholarship
Recipients must be enrolled as a full-time student at Oklahoma State University Institute of
Technology-Okmulgee. The recipient must have a high school grade point average of at
least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale and may receive the scholarship for two years of undergraduate
study, provided he/she remains a full time student and has a minimum grade point average
of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. Selection preference shall be given to students who are
nursing students in the Allied Health Sciences Division.
Keeling Adams Memorial Scholarship*
The recipient must be enrolled as a student at OSU IT in the Construction Management
Program. The recipient must have successfully completed one semester in the program
and have an institutional GPA of at least 2.50 or above. Recipient should have
documented financial need and must reapply for award consideration.
Kirschner Endowment - Orphans 21 or Under*
Students who are a true orphan in the traditional sense (both parents died before the
student was 22 years old) or students from a single parent household are eligible. Both
prospective and continuing OSUIT students seeking their first associate or bachelor degree
are eligible. Applicants must have financial aid need as determined by a successfully
completed FAFSA. Cumulative GPA of 2.0 or better.

A person who has physical and/or mental disabilities, included but not limited to, visual,
hearing, dyslexia, attention deficit disorder, or autism is eligible to apply. Both prospective

Scholarship*

Martha Esther Dillman Memorial Scholarship*
Prospective or continuing students who graduated from Mounds or an Okmulgee county
high school. Student who does not qualify for federal grants but still has a financial need
(as determined by a successfully completed FAFSA).
Marvin D. McQueen Portfolio Scholarship
Recipient(s) must be currently enrolled in the Visual Communications Graphic Design
capstone class. The recipient(s) must also be completing a degree in Visual
Communications Graphic Design and be approved for graduation. Cumulative 2.5 GPA or
better is required. Applicants must submit a Graphic Design graduate portfolio to Visual
Communications faculty by the published due date.
Michael F. Bey Endowed Scholarship*
The recipient must be enrolled as a student at OSUIT in the Automotive Services Pro-Tech
program. The recipient must be an Oklahoma resident, have documented financial need
and a minimum cumulative post-secondary grade point average of at least 3.0 on a 4.0
scale or a high school grade point average of at least 2.5 on a 4.0 scale. The recipient
must be in good academic standing and making sufficient progress toward completion of
his/her program of study and will continue to receive the scholarship with maintenance of
the selection criteria and a positive recommendation from the Division Chair of the
Automotive Services Technologies Pro Tech program.
Michelin Engineering Technologies Scholarship
Recipients must be enrolled as students at Oklahoma State University Institute of
Technology-Okmulgee in the Engineering Technologies Division, in either the AAS in
Electrical/Electronic or BT in Instrumentation Technology degree programs. Recipients
must have their permanent residence located in Carter, Love, Jefferson, Johnson, Marshall
or Murray Counties in Oklahoma. Eligible students must meet one of the following criteria:
a first-time college student must have graduated from high school and have a cumulative
high school grade point average of at least 2.2 on a 4.0 scale; a student who has been
home schooled, must have a GED and an ACT composite score of at least 21. If the
student is a college transfer student, he/she must have a cumulative grade point average
of at least 2.5. Financial need as demonstrated by FAFSA is not a requirement.
Mike Taylor Scholarship
Recipients must be enrolled as a full-time student at Oklahoma State University Institute of
Technology-Okmulgee. Recipients of both awards must have successfully completed three
semesters in the specified area of study, must have a grade point average of at least 2.5
on a 4.0 scale and must have documented financial need.
Nissan Scholarship Fund
Recipients must be currently enrolled in the Automotive Service Technology Nissan or Pro
Tech program. Continuing students with a minimum of 12 semester credit hours are
eligible to apply. Must have financial aid need as determined by a successfully completed
FAFSA. Cumulative 3.0 GPA or better is required.
OGE Energy Scholarship Fund - OSUIT
Recipients who are first year college students must have a high school grade point
average of at least 2.5 on a 4.0 scale and continuing students a cumulative GPA of 2.75.
Scholarships in an amount (up to $5,000) determined annually by the Selection Committee
will be awarded each year based upon available funds. Recipients must maintain a
cumulative grade point average of at least 2.75 or above for the first half of the program
and a cumulative grade point average of 3.1 for the second half of the program to be
considered for renewal of the award.

OSUIT Okmulgee ACR Scholarship
Recipients must be enrolled as students at Oklahoma State University Institute of
Technology-Okmulgee in the Engineering Technologies Division, in either the AAS in
Electrical/Electronic or BT in Instrumentation Technology degree programs. Eligible
students must meet one of the following criteria: a first-time college student must have
graduated from high school and have a cumulative high school grade point average of at
least 2.2 on a 4.0 scale; a student who has been home schooled, must have a GED and an
ACT composite score of at least 21. If the student is a college transfer student, he/she
must have a cumulative grade point average of at least 2.5. Financial need as
demonstrated by FAFSA is not a requirement.
The recipient(s) must be enrolled as a regular degree-seeking student at OSUIT and must
be a current or retired OSUIT employee, his/her spouse, child or grandchild. If the recipient
is enrolled in at least twelve hours at OSUIT, he/she will received the maximum award
amount; if the recipient is enrolled in less than twelve hours, the award will be prorated
according to a sliding scale. The recipient must re-apply each semester for scholarship
consideration and must maintain a grade point average of at least 2.0 on a 4.0 scale to be
considered for subsequent semesters. The award may be renewed at the discretion of the
Selection Committee.
The recipient must be enrolled as a full-time student at OSUIT. Recipients must be
formally admitted to the Bachelor of Technology in Information Technologies program. The
award will be based upon academic performance; however, financial need may be taken
into consideration during the selection process. Two awards of equal value will be awarded
annually. The award may be renewed in the discretion of the Selection Committee.
The recipient must be enrolled as a student at OSUIT in the Air Conditioning and
Refrigeration program and must have documented financial need. The recipient must have
successfully completed coursework in either ACR 1126 or ACR 1206 with a grade point
average of at least 2.0 on a 4.0 scale. Continuing students must have a cumulative grade
point average of at least 2.5 on a 4.0 scale.
OSUIT Scholarship Fund
The Fund shall be used to provide scholarships to students enrolled at OSUIT who are
making satisfactory academic progress in their current program of study.
OSUIT Visual Communications Student
Scholarship
The recipient must be enrolled as a full-time student at OSUIT with documented financial
need. The recipient must have a grade point average of at least 2.5 on a 4.0 scale and
must be a second year VisComm student. The scholarship may be renewed with
maintenance of selection criteria.
OSUIT-Okmulgee Alumni Scholarship Fund
Preference will be given to students whose parents and/or grandparents are alumni of
OSUIT-Okmulgee. Both prospective and continuing students are eligible to apply and must
be enrolled in at least 12 credit hours. Cumulative 3.0 GPA or better is required.
OSU-Okmulgee Noble Foundation Scholarship*
The donor reserves the right to define the areas of study in which the scholarship funds are
used. Scholarship recipients must agree to add to the scholarship fund after completion of
their course of study in accordance with guidelines established by the committee at the
time the scholarship is granted.

The recipient must be enrolled as a full-time student studying Culinary Arts at Oklahoma
State University Institute for Technology, Okmulgee, Oklahoma.
Paul England Scholarship Endowment*
Open to all students enrolled at Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology. Both
prospective and continuing students are eligible to apply
Phillips 66 Scholars
The recipient must be enrolled as a student at OSUIT and classified as a second-year
student. The recipient must have a minimum grade point average of at least 2.5 on a 4.0
scale. Four awards will be made to students with a study focus of Pipeline Integrity; Two
awards will be made to students with a study focus of Information Technology (SCADA);
One Award will be made to a student with a study focus in Instrumentation. Students who
receive awards will be known as Phillips 66 Scholars and will meet with representatives of
Phillips 66 at the annual scholarship banquet. Recipients will also receive an interview with
Phillips 66 upon graduation from his/her program.
Pipeliners Club Scholarship
Recipients must be currently enrolled in the Electrical/Electronics Program. Prospective
first time college students with a Cumulative High School GPA of 2.5 or better is required.
Must have financial need as determined by a successfully completed FAFSA.
Poppenhouse Portfolio in Photography End
Scholarship Fund*
The recipient must be an Oklahoma State University Okmulgee Outstanding Photography
Graduate.
Pow Wow Endowed Scholarship Fund*
Preference will be given to students pursuing an AAS degree in Orthotic & Prosthetic
Technician Program. Must be enrolled in at least one Orthotic & Prosthetic class each
semester (fall/spring) in which the scholarship is awarded. Recipients must have a
Cumulative GPA of2.0 or better. Must have financial need (as determined by a
successfully completed FAFSA).
Power Plant Technology
Preference will be given to students currently enrolled in the Engineering TechnologyPower Plant program. Both prospective and continuing students are eligible to apply.
Recipients must have a Cumulative GPA of 2.5 or better. Must have financial aid need as
determined by a successfully completed FAFSA.
Robert Kamm Scholarship
Currently enrolled in Automotive Service Technology. Continuing student having earned a
minimum of 12 semester credit hours with a cumulative institutional GPA of 3.0 or above.
Must have financial need (as determined by a successfully completed FAFSA).
Ronald Joe Henricksen Scholarship
Recipients must be enrolled as students at Oklahoma State University Institute of

Scholarship Fund
Recipients of the scholarship must meet the following requirements, in no particular order
of priority: be enrolled as full-time students at OSU-IT (formerly OSU-Okmulgee
Thomas H. Payne Endowed Scholarship*
The recipient must be enrolled as a student in good standing at OSUIT and must have a
grade point average of at least 2.5 on a 4.0 scale. The scholarship shall be renewable with
maintenance of the selection criteria. Preference will be given to students who are veterans
of the armed forces of the United States.
Tony Garcia Jr. Memorial Scholarship
The recipient must be enrolled as either a part-time or full-time student at OSU IT and must
have a grade point average of at least 2.0 on a 4.0 scale. In order to increase minority
diversity among students at OSU IT, first selection preference shall be given to students of
Hispanic origin. Recipients must reapply for award consideration each year.

Prospective or continuing students with a minimum GPA of 2.5 are eligible to apply.
Wanda S. Payne Endowed Scholarship*
The recipient must be enrolled as a student in good standing in the Health Science
Program at OSUIT and must have a grade point average of at least 2.5 on a 4.0 scale.
The scholarship shall be renewable with maintenance of the selection criteria. Preference
will be given to students based on financial need.

The Fund will be used to provide scholarships for students enrolled at OSUIT Okmulgee.
The OSUIT Foundation administers a number of scholarships that are funded and awarded by individuals, agencies and
organizations. Donors set scholarship requirements and the OSUIT Scholarship Committee/Foundation Board selects the
recipients. Scholarships are based on availability of funds. Scholarship recipient must be enrolled as a full-time student
degree seeking student.



An eligible applicant may not be awarded more than one OSUIT Foundation Scholarship per academic year.
If the recipient withdraws from classes, any money resulting from a refund will be redirected to the OSU
Foundation.
