Soon, the “pop” of the ball and the “crack” of the bat will warm our souls. Despite the cold weather, the Grosse Pointe South Dugout Club and head baseball coach Dan Griesbaum have been diligently preparing for the 2015 season, and we are asking (again, in many cases) for your important and valued financial support. The 2014 season was another successful campaign for all three Grosse Pointe South baseball teams and the future continues to look very promising for our program. The varsity team had an incredible run making it all the way to the State Finals where they put up a great effort. Running a great baseball program has become increasingly expensive considering uniforms, equipment, travel expenses and field maintenance. Your support, therefore, is critical to both our near and long term success. Please let us know if we can count on you to advertise in our annual baseball Program Book and/or make a contribution to the Grosse Pointe South Dugout Club. The Dugout Club is a Michigan non-profit corporation and a 501(c)(3) organization under the Internal Revenue Service Code, so your donation may be tax deductible.
