CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
A notice of camper cancellation/request for refund must be sent in writing in order to be valid for a refund.
There will be a $30.00 administration fee for all cancellations with the remaining balance being refunded.

PLAYING FACILITIES
The Albertville Recreation Center will serve as the main playing facility along with Gunter’s Landing for golf,
Boaz Bowling Alley, Kayla’s Gym and area school gyms (transportation will be provided by the church).
DEPOSIT/DEADLINE
Space is limited so register early!!! To verify availability for late registration, or if you have any questions, please call
(256) 891-0924 and ask to speak to Angela Thornton. Make checks payable to Grace Fellowship Presbyterian Church.
FOOD
Campers will be provided lunch every day. They will also be supplied with unlimited water and Gatorade.

BOYS BASKETBALL | Instructor: Jared Winkles
Boys basketball will be led this year by Jared Winkles. He began teaching at Asbury as the head
junior high girls’ basketball coach, and assistant varsity basketball coach 4 years ago. Coach
Winkles currently coaches 7th grade girls’ basketball at Guntersville.
GIRLS BASKETBALL | Instructor: Laura Clark
Laura Clark will be leading the girls’ basketball. Coach Clark has coached for 27 years and
assisted in several county area and regional State Championships.
Limited to the first 75 campers
CHEER | Instructors: Presley Smith & Dabney Perrine
Presley Smith cheered competitively for Boaz Schools and Snead State
for 2 years. She is currently cheering for Jacksonville State University.
Dabney Perrine cheered for 9 years in Guntersville Schools and
Randolph School. She also cheered competitively at Peak Athletics in
Colorado. Both have been part of Sports Camp and FCA in the past
and is excited about having another amazing camp!
Twyla Haggermaker will be the lead instructor for Softball again this year. Twyla received
several All-County, All-Region, and All-State awards as a multisport athlete at both PHS and
SGHS. She has coached for 8 years. Coach Haggermaker is currently the assistant Softball
coach for Snead State Community College.
Sam Bates will be leading swimming this year. Sam swam from age
7-18 year round and holds records in Boaz and Albertville. He
received a gold medal in all 10 events at the District and State level.
Sam has a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Sports Science from the
University of Alabama. Limited to the first 25 campers

BATON TWIRLING | Instructors: Jemma Hood & Terri Morton
Jemma Hood is a Crossville High School Majorette who has been formally trained by the
Alabama Crimsonettes and the JSU Ballerinas. She has been twirling baton for five years. Terri
Morton was head majorette at Temple High School and competed in twirling. She also twirled
for the University of West Georgia. Limited to the first 25 campers
FOOTBALL | Instructors: Keith Davis and area football coaches
Taylor Stewart will be the tennis instructor for the week. Taylor began playing tennis at the age of
three. He was ranked as high as 7th in the State of Alabama in junior tennis. Taylor has been a
Tennis coach in several states & now, here in the Marshall County area. He presently serves as Youth
Pastor at Grace Fellowship Church. He serves as Asst. Coach for the Gadsden State Cardinal’s men’s
tennis team. He also served as a Chaplain/Character Coach for coaches, athletes, & support staff on
the campuses of Auburn University (2006-2007) & Georgia Tech from (2007-2013).
Limited to the first 50 campers
The baseball instructor for the week will be Gary Green, a former college baseball player at Troy
University and went on to coach at the high school and college levels. Gary was a college coach
at UAB and a professional hitting instructor with Harry ‘The Hat’ Walker. He has been a professional hitting instructor for the last 25 years.
Until June 1st, 2015 a $100 fee is required for each child at time of registration.
After June 1st, 2015 the cost will be $125 per child.

Once sports are assigned, there is no changing of sports due to transportation, etc.
