Hurley Medical Center Director Appointed to State Board Governor Rick Snyder has appointed Veena Erinjeri, Director of Respiratory and Neurology at Hurley Medical Center in Flint, to the Michigan Board of Respiratory Care. Erinjeri is part of an 11-member board that assists the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA) in overseeing the licensure requirements and standards for Michigan's respiratory therapists. Appointees will serve fouryear terms. She replaces John Darin. Erinjeri is a registered respiratory therapist graduated from University of Chicago, obtained her Bachelors degree from Karnataka University and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Health management from the University of Phoenix.
