GSPC Clarifications
Prices quoted in the bid shall be firm and binding for the supply of agreed quantity or any additional
quantity requested by the company for a period of 6 months from the delivery date.
We request you to kindly accept validity of the prices quoted for the supply of agreed quanity or any
additional quanity for a period of 3 months from the delivery date.
Tender Condition prevails
1) We understand that as per your given P&ID, there are 2 nos of filters, 5 nos of isolation valves, 6 nos of
1/2" ball valves for 6 nos of pressrue gauges, 2 nos of creep relief valves. Please clarify the need for one no
of safety valve at the downstream of pressure reduction skid.
2) In the given P&ID no where its mentioned about the gas meter spool & commercial meter, regulator
adaptor, meter adaptor we understand that its not in our scope of supply.
3) We understand that canopy is required only for electronic instruments in field. In this system only
pressure gauges are there so we dont find any requirement for canopy. Please confirm.

1. One more isolation valve required, one at the inlet of the skid to isolate the skid.
Safety valve at the skid downstream is not required
