Painting With Judith – Mondays @ 5:30 pm. Learn how to turn
your favorite photograph into a painting. No experience necessary.

Fruit for Thought – 2nd Monday of Each Month. Grab a healthy
snack from a variety of fresh produce as Robert Galban with Family
Focus Insurance Services presents the topic of the month. This

GEMS - Door to Door transportation service. Rides to medical
appointments, shopping, and downtown St. Pete for Gulfport
residents, 55 years of age or older or disabled.

Reassurance Program - Daily calls made to members to provide
reassurance and emergency assistance if needed. Gulfport
residents 50 years of age or older.

Food Pantry – Supplemental food assistance for qualifying

Senior Citizens’ Advisory Committee – This committee is a
liaison for Gulfport Seniors to City Council pertaining to senior
issues & ways to enhance the quality of life for seniors in the

Gulfport’s very own improv group and support the growth of
performing arts in Gulfport.
Identity Theft & The Importance of Proper Document
Destruction – Thurs., 4/16 @ 3:30 pm. Learn how to protect
yourself against identity theft from Stetson’s Dept. of Elder Law.
Medication Safety Health Tips – Weds., 4/22 @ 2:00 pm. Join
Debi Dietrich at Doctor’s Choice Pharmacy to learn general
medication safety tips and tips for avoiding medication errors.
Happy Birthday to You! – Fri., 4/24 @ 3:00 pm. A Birthday Party

Onsite Document Shredding Event
April 21st – 23rd
Stetson University College of Law invites you to shred unwanted
sensitive documents & protect yourself against identity theft. A
document shredding company will be at the Gulfport Senior Center
to provide free document disposal.

Thursday–4/9: The St. Petersburg Museum of Fine Arts
“Monet to Matisse-On the French Coast.” Ride with us to
witness this inspirational exhibit that explores nature and leisure,
harbors and working ports, as well as geographic specificity and
artistic allure of the coasts. Space is limited. Reserve your seat by
4/3. GEMS members $16 / Non-Members $18. Price includes
roundtrip transportation, parking, and admission.
Friday – 4/24 (Evening Trip): Biff-Burger Drive-In. Travel
back to the good old days as you grab a bite to eat & enjoy the
longest running Car Cruise in Florida from Hot Rods to Classic Cars,
live music, and fun for all at Biff-Burger Drive-In. Space is limited.
