TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Commercial and Technical specifications Bid (Part-I): It consist of following
components:(a) Prequalifying condition: - Tenderers will submit proof of having already
supplied similar material to more than one organization. The firm shall
supply copies of P.O's in this regard. The firm shall also submit the
performance certificate. Tenderers also have to submit (i)Income tax return
of last 3 years, (ii) Sales tax returns ending 31st March 2014.
(b) Technical qualification: Tenderer will submit detailed technical
specifications, and drawings of the material offered.
(c) Commercial Conditions: Tenderer will submit detailed commercial
conditions except the price.
Price Bid (Part-II): Tenderer will submit their price bid.
Being two part bid, commercial and technical specifications Bid (Part-I) and
Price Bid (Part-II) should be contained in two separate envelopes, and marked
accordingly.T he name of the instrument, for which the tender is being placed,
should be mentioned clearly on the top of the envelopes.
2. Price Bid(Part-II) will be opened after finalization of technical evaluation of the
received tenders and tenderers will be informed accordingly.
Price bid of the tenderers who do not qualify commercial and technical
conditions will not be opened.
3. Gurudas College, Kolkata 700054 reserves the right to reject any/all
tenders in whole or in part without assigning any reason thereof.
