Techno commercial and price part of any proposal shall not be opened in case the Earnest money is found to be insufficient or defective in any manner. C. Tender Document: Tender document can be purchased from the office of Madhyanchal Vidyut Vitran Nigam Ltd., by depositing an amount of Rs. 10000/-+VAT@14%, (Rs. 11400/-) in the form of Demand Draft of any Scheduled Bank/ Nationalized Bank in the name of Executive Engineer to Managing Director, MVVNL Payable at Lucknow. Cash, Cheque and Postal Order shall not be acceptable. D. The Tenderer shall submit his tender in triplicate (Two hard copies and one soft copy). E. After evaluation of tender bid part-II (Techno commercial Part), the price bids (Tender part-III) of qualified bidders will be opened at a date & time which will be intimated to them through a letter and will also be displayed on the DISCOM’s website. F. Firms to whom notice(s) have been issued for the unsatisfactory performance for similar work or which have been blacklisted/debarred from business doing with MVVNL or any other DISCOM of UPPCL are not eligible to participate in the above tenders. G. The bidders are requested to visit the DISCOM’s website for up to date details before submission of the bids. H.
