Clareview Bike Rodeo Would you like your children to have more practice and lessons on being a safe bike rider? Would you like to help with an event that will help kids learn bicycle safety and skills to avoid accidents? Well, Bannerman Community League is hosting a Bike Rodeo to do all of this. A Bike Rodeo is a fun, safety-oriented event that gives bicycle riders of all ages a chance to learn and practice riding skills and safety. If you worry about your or other kids doing things like riding out into roads without looking, you want to attend or help with this event. This Bike Rodeo is planned for the afternoon of Saturday, May 30, 2015. In order for the community league to remain in operation we NEED new members. Meetings are held on a monthly basis and depending on the position you hold the time commitment is not very onerous. This would be the perfect position for someone new to the community, seniors looking to become move involved or students wanting to add volunteer experience to their resume. PLEASE consider stepping up so that the Hairsine Community League can continue to service the neighborhood.
