Clareview Bike Rodeo
Would you like your children to have more practice and lessons on
being a safe bike rider? Would you like to help with an event that
will help kids learn bicycle safety and skills to avoid accidents?
Well, Bannerman Community League is hosting a Bike Rodeo to do
all of this. A Bike Rodeo is a fun, safety-oriented event that gives
bicycle riders of all ages a chance to learn and practice riding skills
and safety. If you worry about your or other kids doing things like
riding out into roads without looking, you want to attend or help
with this event. This Bike Rodeo is planned for the afternoon of
Saturday, May 30, 2015. Please contact the organizers about your
interest by either following the link to complete the survey:
https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/MR9BRSR or emailing:
[email protected]
Be sure to check out our
re-designed web site, hairsine.ca
and find us on Facebook & Twitter
A number of current board members will be
stepping down. In order for the community
league to remain in operation we NEED new
members. Meetings are held on a monthly
basis and depending on the position you
hold the time commitment is not very onerous. This would be the perfect position for
someone new to the community, seniors
looking to become move involved or students wanting to add volunteer experience to
their resume. PLEASE consider stepping up
so that the Hairsine Community League can
continue to service the neighborhood.
