Each team consists of 6-8 YPN members paired with a team coach. Teams usually meet on a monthly basis, but can meet as often as twice a week depending on the coach's schedule. All discussions at group meetings are kept in confidence, and group feedback is always welcomed. Many times the group is not only gaining a new coach, but several life-long friends. Our coaches are outstanding community business leaders, and we are privileged to have the area’s best at our side.
