Formerly known as the mentoring program, the Leadership League is a
network of seasoned professionals who exchange ideas, opinions and
experiences with a younger generation to
cultivate leaders for tomorrow.
Each team consists of 6-8 YPN members paired
with a team coach. Teams usually meet on a
monthly basis, but can meet as often as twice a
week depending on the coach's schedule. All
discussions at group meetings are kept in confidence, and group
feedback is always welcomed. Many times the group is not only
gaining a new coach, but several life-long friends.
Our coaches are outstanding community business leaders, and we are
privileged to have the area’s best at our side. They’ve committed to stand by us and guide us
as we embark on our journeys to become leaders of this community.
