For over 3+ years, the Hyderabad Director / CEO Forum
has developed an industry‐wide reputation for
supporting entrepreneurs with in spheres of business
development, networking and mentoring. Many of our
valued members have achieved enormous success in
their business ventures, explored synergies and started
new businesses. Some of members accomplished
honors, awards and accolades from local, regional,
national and international bodies. At HDCF, we
congratulate all the members who achieved awards and
rewards in their field of business and service delivery.
We hope this 2015 – 2016 will bring in much more
progress in their entrepreneurial journey.
On 27th March 2015, we have conducted our Confluence XX – Interactive
Session on Union Budget of India 2015 in association with Pasura Cropcare Pvt.
Ltd., Dhana Crop Sciences Limited, Taaza International Ltd., Worldwide
Punctureman Services Pvt. Ltd., Praana Global Pvt. Ltd. And Coltivare
Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. We thank all the sponsors for their strong
confidence in us. Confluence XX was attended by 200+ members and media
representatives. We also received positive feedback on this program in terms of
its content, speakers, relevance of topic, venue, linkage of the same with the
respective business domains, etc.
In January and February, we had two reflections “Emotional Eating by Dr. Sujatha
Stephen” and “Fundraising Success Story of NumberMall shared by Gali Kiran”.
I thank all the members, the mentors of HDCF Shri. Venkat Changavalli and Shri.

The Relevance of Networking at HDCF
Networking… Networking… Networking is the secret of everyone’s business. On networking, George Ross once said
to be successful, you have to be able to relate to people; they have to be satisfied with your personality to be able

The very genesis of Hyderabad Directors / CEOs Forum is strongly based on providing an ideal platform for both

Interactive Session on Union Budget of India
Every year during the Budget session, entrepreneur fraternity across India follows it to see the real implication of the
same on their businesses. "The more one does, the more one attempts, the more one is capable of doing". It is indeed
the proof of inclusive growth. After going through the various factors of budget, each one ask "can we do better?" as
an individual entrepreneur in particular and as the business community in general.
Union Finance Minister Shree Arun Jaitley has presented the Indian Union Budget 2015 ‐ 2016 at the Lok Sabha in
New Delhi on Saturday, 28th February 2015.
For the benefit of entrepreneurial community in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana states, HDCF has organized its 20th
edition of Confluence as the Interactive Session on Union Budget of India 2015 on Friday, 27th March 2015 at Hotel
Marriot, Hyderabad.

Hyderabad. India. March 22 , 2015–Ray Business Technologies Private Limited, a Leading Indian IT firm, today
announced joining forces with Planet Water Foundation, a US‐based non‐profit organization focused on helping solve
the global water poverty crisis. Raybiztech is the only Indian IT company to sponsor for Planet Water’s Project 24, a
bold initiative to provide 24 rural communities in Siem Reap, Cambodia with clean, safe water during World Water Day,
spanning a 24‐hour period from March 21‐22, 2015.
On their partnership, Raybiztech’s Managing Director, Ajay Ray, said, “Raybiztech is committed towards Sustainability
and taking up social cause around the globe. The project 24 addresses the critical issue of the lack of clean, safe water,
which causes to the needless deaths of nearly 4,000 children every day worldwide and severely restricts the
productivity and prosperity of villages where water is sourced from contaminated rivers, streams, ponds, and wells.
Women and girls often bear the responsibility for gathering water for family uses rather than attending school. We are

Reflexology Reduces Stress and Induces Deep Relaxation

Stress cannot be avoided. We live with and in it every day. In itself, stress is neither good nor
bad. Stress becomes a problem, however, when we fail to manage it well, especially the stress
that results from problems, frustrations, overwork, and worry.
When we don't handle stress well, the body's defences break down and we become more
susceptible to illness and disease. It's been estimated that over 75% of all illness is stress
related. Reflexology reduces stress by generating deep, tranquil relaxation. Many of our
clients routinely fall asleep during a reflexology session and testify on waking that the thirty or forty minutes of sleep
were more beneficial and restorative than a full night of restless sleep. The deep realms of relaxation and peace
helps the body balance itself and allow healing energy to flow smoothly and gently throughout.
Reflexology is based on the principle that the whole body is reflected through
the peripheral nerves in the hand feet and ears. Where there is lot of tension,
the metabolism goes out of balance and there can be excess creation of calcium
urates which fly to the feet and crystallize round the nerve endings causing
congestion and further organ malfunction. Reflexologists work on feet with
object of breaking down the crystals to their primal elements so that they can
then be scavenged by the blood. The reflexologists stimulates more than 7,000
nerves when touching the feet, and encourages the opening and clearing of
neural pathways.
