how to register:
Volunteer for any of the 3 shift options, any day!

Go to rockfordsharefest.com.
Click on the volunteer tab. At the top of the page, click on “click here” to register.
Select the event you would like to volunteer for (“Forest City Beautiful”)
Select the task you would like to volunteer for:
• Downtown Makeover Volunteer
• Hospitality Volunteer
• Cook a Meal for 10 to 15 people

Click on the “Volunteer” button in the corresponding date and time box for the
shift you would like to volunteer for. Complete your contact information in the
pop-up box. Click “Volunteer” at the bottom of the box. Repeat for each shift you
would like to volunteer for.

A confirmation email will be sent for every shift you register for. You must confirm
your registration by clicking the link in the confirmation email in order to
complete your registration.

If you need to cancel, use the link in your confirmation email to manage your
volunteering. Click on the “+” sign next to the shift you need to cancel. Click on the
“Cancel Volunteering” button within the details of the scheduled slot to cancel.
Age requirements: Must be 12 years old to participate. Ages 12–15 must be accompanied by an adult.
Ages 16–17 must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian.
