2016 Calendar Photo Form
Your pet can be a star! Feature your cat, dog or other
pet in the Harmony House for Cats 2016 calendar.
For only $20 per photo, your pet’s photo can be placed on your
birthday, their birthday or “adoptiversary” or a date of your choice.
It’s a special way to show off your pet and share them with other
Harmony House supporters.
All photos and payments are due on July 15th.
Photos are in color. The deadline is earlier so that
calendars can be offered for sale in our Fall Newsletter
to all our supporters.
High resolution files are preferred, but traditional photos will be accepted. Digital photo files must be submitted as a
jpg, tif, pdf or eps file and be high resolution (300 dpi or greater). You will be contacted if your photo does not meet
the requirements or your preferred date is not available. Dates will be assigned on a first-come first-serve basis with
a limit of five photos per month.
Files can be emailed to [email protected] or mailed to PO Box 18098, Chicago, IL 60618. Please allow at least
5 business days before the deadline for mail to reach us in time.
