Pet Photo Contest
National Dog Bite Prevention Week is May 17-23, 2015
In honour of Dog Bite Prevention Week, the By-law Enforcement Department is hosting
a Pet Photo Contest. It is easy! Any Parry Sound resident can enter. It is a great way to
celebrate our pets!
To enter the Photo Contest submit a current photo of your pet.
How to Enter:
1. Uploading a photo to our Facebook page at Parry Sound By-law Enforcement
Department - Temporary Dog Impound - Pet Photo Contest 2015 album
2. Email your photos to [email protected] - type "Pet Photo Contest" in
the subject line
3. Mail a hard-copy to Town of Parry Sound, By-law Enforcement Department, 52
Seguin Street, Parry Sound, ON, P2A 1B4
4. Drop off in person to Town of Parry Sound, 52 Seguin Street, Parry Sound, ON
Be sure to include your contact information (name and address) and your pet's name
and age, and don't forget to tell us a little about him or her. Deadline for participants to
submit a photo is June 26, 2015.
Pet Photo Contest
Prizes will be awarded for the winning entries:
First Prize - $50 Pet Value gift certificate
Second Prize - $25 Pet Value gift certificate
Third Prize - $10 Pet Value gift certificate
The winning photo will be selected on July 2nd, 2015. If you want to vote for a pet,
please review the photos on Facebook and click like. Your assistance in choosing a
winner is appreciated.
We wish to thank you for participating in the Pet Photo Contest. For more information on

concerns about an aggressive dog or dog at large please contact the By-law

Remember always be cautious around stray dogs.
Submitted photos become the property of the Town of Parry Sound and may be
displayed in the local newspaper or used in special event display booths.
