I. Public Performance Schedule
We are delighted to announce the panel of adjudicators had nominated 42 school teams to be performed in
Hong Kong School Drama Festival 2014/15 -- Public Performance Phase.
Complimentary tickets are available now. The schedule is described below:

II. Complimentary Ticket
With the sponsorship of Leisure & Cultural Services Department and Education Bureau, we are pleased to
inform you the complimentary tickets for the performances at the following venue are available for schools:
Should your teachers and students would like to watch the performances, please fill in and return the
attached Reply Slip to us on or before 10 April 2015 (Fri). In the meantime, I would like to draw your
attention to the followings:
1. The tickets will be given out on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Owing to the limited number of complimentary tickets, each school, which has returned the reply slip,
will normally be given maximum number of tickets as below:

3. If you would like to have extra tickets, please kindly state so in the reply slip as appropriate. We will give
out extra tickets as per schools’ request should there still be tickets available after each school
concerned has already been given.
4. Please note that number of ticket(s) allocated is subject to ticket availability.
5. Free seating. Walk-in guests are also welcome; nevertheless no seats can be guaranteed without prior
registration
6. An acknowledgment receipt will be emailed to teacher after Hong Kong Art School getting this
application form. Please call HKAS if you do not receive the email four working days after you have
sent out the application form.
7. Tickets will be prepared in late April and send to the teacher by post.
