NSW U13 Boys and Girls Field Teams 2015
Hockey NSW is currently seeking applications from interested parties wishing to apply for coaching roles
with the NSW U13 Boys and Girls Field Teams 2015.
RESPONSIBILITY:
Hockey NSW Coaches play an integral role in developing future national players. The successful
candidates will be required, with assistance from Hockey NSW, to take responsibility of the awarded age
group including:

Attend State Championships and selection trials as a selector

Develop and manage the coaching plan for the entire campaign

Deliver required training sessions, dates negotiated upon appointment

Attend National Championships

U13 Girls, Sydney 25 September – 2 October 2015
o
U13 Boys, Darwin 25 September – 2 October 2015
Please note that although Hockey NSW coaches are a volunteer position, all expenses incurred during
events will be covered by Hockey NSW.
Selection Criteria:

Hold a current Hockey Australia Coaching Accreditation

Commit to obtaining the Hockey NSW State Coach Accreditation Certificate

Must have demonstrated experience coaching at a junior representative team level

Hold a current Driver’s Licence

This position holder must undergo screening in accordance with the Hockey NSW Member
Protection Regulation prior to appointment, including the Code of Conduct.


Coach Application Form (Included), indicating a brief overview of experience and team preferences.

Current hockey resume detailing qualifications, experience and contact details of two referees.
Successful applicants will be notified in writing once the positions have been appointed.
