BSG and Helicopter Tours of Texas (HToT) have joined forces to offer one of the most unique shooting experiences
around! Where else can you have the opportunity to engage targets from an aerial platform, while taking in the
beautiful scenery of Central Texas? We hope you will join us soon for an incredible time!
Course Description: This course is an opportunity to experience the excitement of shooting from a helicopter.
Additionally, if you wish to participate in aerial pest eradication with HToT, this course is the prerequisite safety
course. This course includes classroom and field exercies to prepare you for your flight. Once airborne, each
participant will get approximately 3 passes engaging up to 3 targets per pass.
Rifles: AR-15, 5.56/.223 (prefferred), .300 Blackout SBR or similalr - MUST USE BRASS CATCHERS - BSG has brass
catchers available to use at no charge.
BSG has rifles to rent (see pricing below) for those who do not wish to bring their own, and all safety equipment is
provided. Also, each participant can choose to have the entire event videoed, and purchase a video of their day.
Pest Eradication: If you are interested in the chance to participate in Aerial Pest Eradication, Basic Aerial Operations is the first step. During the course, participants will be instructed on the required procedures for Aerial
Pest/Predator Eradication flights.
PRICING
Course: (incudes classroom, helicopter orientation, cardboard targets, life-fire walk-throug and live-fire from the
air, as well as any required safety equipment, and a Certificate of Completion): $315
Rifle Rental: (AR-15, 5.56/.223, .300 Blackout SBR or similar): $15 - Student must purchase ammunition from BSG
to use in BSG rifles. Ammo is typically less than $20 per 30 round mag, and most students use less than 50 rounds
total.
