Accredited music therapists use music and musical elements to encourage self-awareness, creative expression, communication and learning. In group therapy settings, music is also used to help facilitate interaction with peers. Age up to 21 Learn to play an instrument! Clients can choose from a variety of traditional and adapted instruments and innovative music technology. Instruments include: the Virtual Musical Instrument (VMI), piano, guitar, voice, violin, percussion and ukelele.
