The Garden Walk at Bedford May 2, 2015 1:00pm – 6:00pm Homeowner Guidelines A huge Thanks to each and every one of you for taking the time to make our 2015 Garden Walk at Bedford a huge success and enjoyable event. Listed below are a few suggestions we would like to offer in hopes of making this process much easier for all concerned. Each homeowner will provide 2 docents. Docents will be responsible for checking off the brochures for each visitor and making sure the garden does not get overcrowded. Provide a bean jar to keep count of those attending. Call if you need help in finding docents. Any musicians or artist that you know of and would like to have them in your garden, it would be a wonderful addition. Please walk through your garden/yard to make sure any obstacles be marked or removed that could cause injury. Please have a First Aid Kit available. Please leave your precious pets inside. Name your garden something fun and creative. Write a description of your garden with flowers/plants/trees of interest. 100 characters or less. If you have a photograph you would like to share, please let us know. Deadline for description April, 15, 2015. Send any electronic information and/or photographs to Cindy Reddish: [email protected] Homeowners are encouraged to invite children and grandchildren to act as garden fairies. The kids would love it! The committee will be doing a quick walk through the gardens in the next couple of weeks, so if you see someone in your space, don’t be alarmed. The Garden Walk at Bedford/Tea Committee want to thank you so much for allowing us to share your special gardens! If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to call: Leila Pacifico, Bedford at Falls River 919-792-0188
