This honor afforded the facility the opportunity to be evaluated for competition at the Air Force level. February 9-11, 2015 a team of culinary experts visited the facility to do just that! They evaluated the dining facility in the areas of food quality and customer relations, amongst other criteria. It was a grueling evaluation but a few individuals stood out from their peers. The evaluators awarded the coveted “Hennessy Traveler Award” to the truly elite food service specialist and the “Top Performers” honors to those who exhibited excellence.
