HOLY SPRIT COMUNITY SCHOOL UNIFORM INFORMATION
Most of your uniform requirements will be available through the Holy Spirit uniform
shop. Our school uniform shop is run by parent helpers and is open on Wednesday
mornings from 8.30am - 9.15am and on Thursday afternoons from 3pm – 3.45pm
The school uniform is compulsory and there are also a number of other compulsory
items such as the school bag with the printed school logo, reader folder zip up case
(Navy coloured) and a school library bag also printed with the school logo.
There are different school uniforms for boys and girls but the school sports uniform is
the same for both.
SUMMER GIRLS UNIFORM
The girl’s summer uniform consists of the summer check dress which is worn with
black sports briefs, white ankle sock and black school shoes.
SUMMER BOYS UNIFORM
The boy’s summer uniform requirements are the short sleeved school polo shirt with
the school logo on the chest, grey shorts, grey ankle socks and black school shoes.
WINTER BOYS UNIFORM
The boy’s winter uniform requirements are the long sleeved school polo shirt with the
school logo on the chest, grey pants with re-enforced knees, school windcheater,
grey ankle socks and black school shoes.
WINTER GIRLS UNIFORM
The girl’s winter uniform consists of the grey tunic which is worn with the school long
sleeve polo shirt with the school logo on the chest, the winter windcheater with the
school logo, grey stocking and black school shoes. The grey winter tunic is not
available through the school uniform shop. There are two suppliers we refer parents
to, they are:

OPTIONAL WINTER JACKET BEANIE AND SCARF SET
The uniform shop also sells waterproof polar fleece lined jackets which have the
school logo embroidered on the chest. There are usually limited quantities available
in stock but they are available by order at the end of first term.
The beanies and scarf set are also in stock and there will also be the option of
compact fold umbrellas printed with the school logo by order.
The Dry and Cosy jacket and beanie and scarf set are worn by both the boys and the
girls.
SPORTS UNIFORM
The summer uniform consists of the white short sleeve polo with the school logo on
the chest and navy jersey sports shorts. The school windcheater is optional. These
are worn with white sport socks and runners.
The winter uniform consists of the long sleeved polo shirt with the school logo on the
chest with the school windcheater and burgundy tracksuit pants.
The boy’s tracksuit pants have re-enforced knees and the girls are a bootleg style
but they can also choose to wear the cuffed style of preferred.
It is compulsory for all students to wear either the slouch hat or legionnaires’ hat for
all outside play and sports lessons during Term1 and Term 4.
OPTIONAL CUSTOMISED ITEMS AVAILABLE
The uniform shop also sells wallets and pencil cases with the school logo printed on
them. These items are available all year.
The shop also stocks hair accessories such as headbands and scrunchies in the
school colours, navy and burgundy.
Clip on sunscreen which can clip onto school bags is also available.
Sorry but the uniform shop does not stock the required sports briefs, ankle socks or
stockings.
