Catherine McAuley Westmead Information for the Position of Music Classroom Teacher Position Status: Temporary, Full Time, Term 2 2015 Commencing: 20 April – 26 June 2015 ROLE DESCRIPTION Catherine McAuley, Westmead is seeking to employ a Temporary, Full time, Music teacher to join our dynamic Performing Arts Faculty. The successful applicant should have experience teaching mandatory and elective Music courses, including HSC Music 1 & 2. In addition to undertaking the full range of teaching, curriculum and assessment tasks, all teachers within the faculty are collectively responsible for participation in the wide range of extra curricula performance programs. These include bands, vocal ensembles, choir and liaising with other schools in system wide performance events. The faculty also has a significant role in supporting the Liturgical life of the school. POSITION CRITERIA Essential Criteria Applicants are asked to address all the following essential criteria in their application.
