Intergenerational Art Show
April 21st, 2015
6pm-8pm
Friendship Village of Schaumburg
1. Each individual may submit only one piece of art for display in the art show. Each entry
must be an original art piece, created by the artist submitting the piece of art.
2. Art entries can use any art media (for example - drawing, painting, print making,
sculpture, ceramics, 3-D art display, photography, jewelry making, card making –
traditional, contemporary or abstract).
3. All art entries should be accompanied by a title of the art piece, media used (charcoal,
ink and pen, water-color, acrylic, photography, decoupage, 3-D Paper Mache, jewelry,
greeting card, etc.), the artist’s name and grade level in school. See entry form below.
4. The size of 2-D entries should be 16x22 or smaller. 3-D work should be within reason.
5. All entries to be displayed in the art show should be present at Hoover school by
Tuesday, April 7th. Entries will be returned to Hoover by April 24th.
