Pesach is swiftly approaching, and I hope this year finds you and your families in good health
and spirit. As part of our dedication to you, our customers, House of Glatt has a full line of raw and
prepared Pesach food. All of our products are non-gebrochts and under the strict supervision of
the bedatz. We have also added some delicious new items to our Pesach menu, which are sure to
delight any crowd. We offer fully cooked and prepared sedarim, with all the necessary items for
kaira ready to be served.
As part of our continued effort to provide our customers with the most value in this difficult
financial time, we offer a complete Seder package. The Seder package is at an unbeatable price
of $24.00 a person, and includes all that is necessary to conduct a full Seder (not including the
matzah.) All items in the Seder package are cooked and ready to go, offering you a truly cheap and
hassle-free option to conducting your seder, for yourself, your family, or your entire community.
House of Glatt is under the supervision of the Crown Heights Vaad HaKashrus, and we adhere
to the strictest standards of Kashrus, year round as well as for Pesach. Our cooked foods are prepared on premises, using only the freshest and most mehadrin products available. House of Glatt
has a full supply of Rubaskin, David Elliot, and Wise Kosher meat and poultry products. We also
have a great selection of organic meat and poultry. You can do your Pesach shopping by visiting us
on Kingston Avenue, browsing our website at www.houseofglatt.com, and by viewing our Pesach
menu attached. We offer you four convenient ways to submit your orders; by fax, phone, email,
and in the store. You can schedule to come in, and your order will be ready for pick-up, or, if you
live within the five boroughs, we can deliver your order to your doorstep. Additionally, we can arrange overnight shipping for orders outside of New York.
As always, we offer the shluchim a 10% discount, and additional discounts may be available for
very large orders. We would like to help you conduct the Seder and your holiday with ease, and we
look forward to doing business with you. We encourage you to get your Pesach orders in as soon
as possible, to ensure availability and efficiency.

Our Kitchen & Store is under the strict supervision of the Beis Din of Crown Heights. All our vegetables are peeled and our products are non-gebrochts.
**If you are serving more than one salad the portion size is 3 people to a lb. For a vegetable side dish like potatoes the portion size is about 2 people to a lb.
The chicken portions are quarters so you can divide them up for small children, and the fried chicken cutlets are generally very large and can be cut in half.
