About us
Hyde Park Properties for Development (HPD) is the result of a strategic partnership between
three strong Egyptian financial institutions: the Housing & Development Bank, the Egyptian Arab
Land Bank and the New Urban Communities Authority. HPD launched on a mission to become
one of the leading private mixed-use residential, commercial, retail, leisure and entertainment
developers in Egypt.
HPD is the master developer of Hyde Park; one of the largest master-planned communities in
