TABLE SEATING FOR PROM ‘15 “Enchantment of Under Sea” For prom, we are extending the opportunity for attending students to help determine their dance seating arrangements. Because of the large numbers involved and deadlines set by the Shedd Aquarium, we will conduct seating arrangements in the following manner: 1. Get together with your friends. You may list up to 10 people to sit with at dinner. Any number from 1-10 is fine, but you may not have more than 10. Pick a representative for your group. It is your group representative’s responsibility to confirm that every person listed at your table has agreed to be seated together and has purchased a prom ticket. (The last day to purchase tickets is Wednesday, April 29th). 2. Fill out the form below to indicate the group of people sitting together. Students needing dietary accommodations should contact Elizabeth Terman at [email protected] . The menu is posted online for you to view and will be served as part of a buffet. 3. Your one group representative is to come to the library foyer on Friday, May 1st after school to select a table assignment for dinner only. (You are not assigned to the table for the entire evening). Personnel will be checking to make sure that each person listed on your sheet has purchased a prom ticket prior to table selection lottery. Only one representative from each group should arrive to select a table. The representative of your group should be prepared to make decisions on how to seat the people of your group, if you can not all sit together. (Please discuss this with your group ahead of time. If you have to leave to discuss options with your group, you will need to stand in line again.) Any student who doesn’t have a table assignment by the end of sign-ups on May 1st will be assigned to a table.
