assignment will be on your tickets.

Cancellation Policy: Reservations
cannot be cancelled or changed within
72 hours of the event. If you find that
you have to cancel after that time, we
will try to resell your ticket on a firstserved basis and will refund your
money if we can resell your ticket.
Cancellations made more than 72 hours
in advance will be 100% refunded.
Regarding food allergies: Requests
for vegetarian meals or special meals
for people with dietary or health
restrictions must be made with the
reservation and received at least one
week before the event. We cannot accept
requests at the event for last minute changes.
Please see the Agenda for the menu that
will be served.
Seating: Seating is 100% reserved.
Table assignment will be indicated on
your tickets. Each table seats 10 people.
If you wish to sit at the same table with
another group, please indicate it when
you make your reservation.
