About the Role:
HRIZONS® is seeking an experienced SuccessFactors HCM Cloud Consultant to implement learning SaaS-based
HCM or Integrated Talent Management (ITM) solutions for the HRIZONS clients. The Sr. Consultant drives
requirements definition, configures the application, leads testing and training initiatives and supports the client’s go-live activities and system administration. The Sr. Consultant may implement multiple applications at a
single client site and perform integration between the projects and will successfully manage clients of all sizes
including large, global Fortune 500 clients.

Provides current state analysis and future state solution design consulting
Utilizes in-depth knowledge of the SuccessFactors HCM Cloud product suite and HRIZONS consulting
and implementation related services (HRZ®STRATEGY, HRZ®EXECUTION, HRZ®EVOLUTION) as well as
our proprietary HCM solutions (e.g. HRZ®HEALTHCARE, HRZ®JDMS, etc.) that differentiate us in the
market
Provides consulting and support to client throughout the project(s) lifecycle(s)
Uses in depth knowledge of solutions to determine the client business requirements and proposes
solutions to the client during the implementation cycle
Provides work-stream coordination during complex multi work-stream implementations
Defines technical requirements for the project, ensuring integration between client systems
Translates documented requirements and processes to application configuration
Performs senior level product configuration often handling more complex projects and ensures
integration with other work-streams
Design detailed test scripts that support customer-specific business processes and design
Design and educates customer on import/export files that supported content and data requirements
Conducts client product training sessions and workshops to ensure knowledge transfer
Thoroughly test application per the requirements defined
Works with project team to resolve data, functional and/or application issues
Communicates project issues that may impact the project success to the Project Manager and/or
Practice Manager
Provides expertise (i.e. ITM, Content, application features, functionality,
module capabilities, data file requirements, database structure, data migration,
depending on role etc. on the project and supports the team during the life cycle
of an implementation project
Support pre-sales opportunities; most pre-sales involvement is limited to
configuration or product functionality evaluation
Qualifications and Experience:

5+ years’ experience implementing software solutions for clients
3+ years’ experience in Human Resources with ITM/HCM enabled systems
2+ years’ experience with SuccessFactors HCMS and/or talent management implementations –
specifically learning and leading complex projects with multiple workstreams
Mastery level designation by SuccessFactors achieved through successful projects
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in education and experience
Adaptability: ability to change objectives quickly when necessary in an ever-evolving, fast-paced
industry and organization
Technology: strong aptitude with proven ability to work independently using Cloud technologies
including CRM, SharePoint, and MS products (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT, etc.)
Values: highest level of professional courtesy, mutual respect, ethics with a high standard of excellence,
professionalism, and role model behavior
Presence: strong executive level presence, communication and presentation skills
Relationships: demonstrated ability to develop, build and maintain relationships
Ability to travel, both domestic and international – up to 25%
Eligible to live and work in the United States or Canada
