PADDLE FOR A CURE START Long Dock
8 Long Dock Road Beacon
Registration will open at 9:00 am at Long Dock,
Beacon. You will need to sign in upon arriving,
unload you boat and gear and then drive to the
Cold Spring train station parking lot. A train
shuttle will bedeparting at 10:05 to take you
back to Beacon for the start. The poker paddle
will begin at 11:00am.

Directions to Cold Spring from Long Dock Beacon
The end of the paddle is Dockside in Cold Spring, NY. (same as last year). From Long Dock go South on
Route9 D make a right turn onto 301 (trffic light) right into the town of Cold Spring.
a) Directions to Dockside continues ....
Take Route 301 (Main Street) to the end of the road (train tracks), turn left and follow the road around to
Market Street. Make a right turn on Market Street to the end (Market Street will hook left), turn right at the
water and continue straight.
b) Directions to the train station parking in Cold Spring continues.....
Take Route 301 (Main Street) to the end of the road (train tracks), turn left and follow the road around to
Market Street. Make a left on Market Street drive straight into the parking lot. Please park towards the south
end of the lot. PARKING is FREE on the weekends.
NOTE: The traffic police in Cold Spring and Nelsonville are BRUTAL. Be mindful of the speed limits!!!
WALKING DIRECTIONS: BEACON TRAIN STATION TO START OF EVENT
Walk to the South end of
the train staion turn right
on Long Dock Road and
take it to the end.
