Containers must be placed out for service NO later than 5:00 AM on the day of collection. BOTH CANS will be picked up EVERY WEEK, BY THE SAME TRUCK. DO NOT OVERFILL CONTAINERS. Lids must close completely. Cans serviced in the front of the home should be placed on the street surface (not on the sidewalk) and away from vehicles. Cans should be placed so that the lid opening faces the street or alley. Yes!      No! NOTE: Almost ALL Beverage Containers now have a California Redemption Value (CRV). The CRV is 5¢ for containers less than 24 ounces, and 10¢ on containers 24 ounces or more. Large quantities of CRV containers are reimbursed by weight.
