Basic or Advanced Cook Appren ce (Program 0609) Program starts in September and January. Cook Appren ce students must purchase the following items for the prac cal classes in their program. Students will be marked as absent if they arrive at a prac cal class without their full uniform and other items listed below which are required for the class. Prac cal classes have a very strict absenteeism policy, and missing classes could result in failure of the course.
