. First person bio: After recovering from anorexia, bulimia, and binge eating disorder, I became a certified health coach. I now help others to finally
heal their relationship with food
. Today I feel at home in my body and comfortable in my own skin. I am no longer an emotional eater struggling to stay in control around food or putting my life off until I reach my goal weight. I no longer diet or feel I’m not good enough by other people’s standards. I’m NOT rail thin, but I’m at a perfectly healthy weight for my height and frame, and I’m happy with that. I’m grateful to say I live an insanely happy life now that I’ve found peace with food. Contact Information Shannon Lagasse Email: [email protected] Phone: (603) 4904417 Website:
