Nido Residential Treatment Centre; award
winning lobbyist and advocate on eating
disorders prevention; and author of
multiple books including the Eating
Disorders Source Book, and 8 Keys To
Recovery from An Eating Disorder (2011).
This conference, aimed specifically at carers of a loved one with an eating disorder,
includes presentations from prominent Australian and international speakers on
evidence-based treatments, the medical management of eating disorders, how to
work effectively with health professionals, skills for your own self-care, support for
siblings, and unique insights from people who have recovered from an eating
disorder and carers who have supported a loved one through this mental illness.
