All exhibitors, shell scheme AND custom design, must submit this form completed to Stands ,
otherwise they will nor receive power supply during the event.
Shell Scheme booths come with 01 500W-220V every 9.00 SQM. It is MANDATORY to fill out this
form and order at least 1 KW though. Exhibitors must order enough electricity to suffice their REAL electrical
needs. Pay special attention when placing additional orders from Form 9 (Furniture & Accessories) that
demands electricity to function, such as spotlights, sockets, fridges, etc.
This form followed by the Method of Payment Form & Sketches must be submitted by the deadline stated
on the top of this form for discount price rates to apply. Orders faxed or e-mailed without payment and booth
sketches or submitted after the deadline will be charged at a STANDARD RATE.
ALL BOOTHS WILL BE INVENTORIED BEFORE THE OPENING OF THE SHOW, AND THE CONSUMPTIONS
SURPASSING THE ELECTRICITY ORDERED BY THE EXHIBITORS OR THEIR EAC'S WILL BE CHARGED AT
STANDARD PRICE RATE.
Electrical Power rates do not include the connection of any equipment, special wiring, distribution
circuits, or labor. Distribution from the power drop point to all other locations in a booth is each Custom
Design Exhibitor's responsibility.
Electricity rates include bringing the supply to a drop point at the rear of the booths (in-line, peninsula
and corner types), close to the neighbouring walls. The supply provided to island booths requires a diagram.
If a top view showing the drop point is not submitted prior to the move-in days, the power cord will be
dropped to a convenient location at Stands® discretion.
All power supply will be managed, hooked up and disconnected from electricity drop points by

Stands only. Exhibitors and their EAC's can manage the power distribution starting from there.
All Exhibitor equipment must comply with the Brazilian (national, state and local) electrical codes.

Stands reserves the right to inspect all electrical devices and connections to ensure compliance with all
®
codes. Stands will refuse booth connections that does not follow minimum electrical codes.
SAFE WIRING IS ESSENTIAL. Remember that if you have cables running under the carpet, this work
must be done by your own electrician prior to the installation of the booth.
It is MANDATORY to Shell Scheme booths to order at least 1 KW.
Electrical supply at this show is avilable 220V single-phase power ONLY.

Design approval procedures
Custom Design exhibitors or their EAC's (Exhibitor Appointed Contractor) must have their booth designs approved
prior the move-in days. This information is crucial to validade this order. See an example of a booth sketch below.
Read the Exhibitor Manual carefully before the lay-out process to make sure that the design complies with the show
rules and conditions. Technical Liability for all booths installation rely EXCLUSIVELY on the EAC's.
Booth sketch presentation can be submitted electronically in the following extensions: *.JPG, *.GIF, *.PDF, *.CDR
X5 (or older) or *.DWG 2011 (or older). It may be composed by one or multiple files.
Custom Design sketches don't have to follow any presentation format. However, it must include some MANDATORY
information to validate the approval process:
è Top view with DIMENSIONS indicating the DROP LOCATION POINT (the location where the power will be
dropped into your booth). Stands® will assume that it might be near the distribution box if there is no other reference
or comment indicated in the sketch.
è Perspective(s) OR Front view(s) with DIMENSIONS indicating the booth heights, specially at neighbouring
walls.
è Exhibitor company name, booth number and event name.
è
Avoid misinterpretations and mistakes during move-in days including as much information as possible. We strongly
recommend you to add the following to your booth sketch presentation (it is not mandatory though):
Booth location plan, showing neighbouring walls and aisles and the orientation of your booth in the general
exhibition map.
Exhibitors are not allowed to start installation of their booths if this form and sketches are not
submitted and approved by Stands®.

1) Sometimes additional electricity supply is needed to power fridges, extra light fixtures and/or extra sockets ordered
by Form 9 (Furnishings & Accessories). Check if you are ordering enough electricity to cover all your consumption
need. Avoid power shortages or supply cuts.
2) Bring your own adapter and voltage converter, if needed.
3) This service includes distribution and installation of a cable drop point, with enough electricity for the whole event
time.
4) Sockets are not included for custom design exhibitors. Only one socket 500W-220V will be provided for each
9sqm shell scheme exhibitors.
