PROGRAMME AIMS
Aims to fulfil the Human Resources gap in Organizational Quality Management. It is the oldest
management methodology with new set of career prospects for school leavers. This Diploma
programme develops the student's knowledge, skills and understanding of the Total quality
implementations and to embrace world class organizations in the most effective strategy and
concept of modern management. It also exposes students to techniques and quality tools to solve
the internal and external issues which influence modern management’s efficiency, innovation and
sustainability in the wider context of business strategy for competitive advantage in the current
social, environment and economic perspectives.
