COMMERCIAL MANAGER
IFAC Accountants was established in 1975. It has a countrywide network of 23 offices providing an
Accounts and Taxation service to farmers and business clients.
IFAC Accountants seeks to appoint a Commercial Manager who will work in partnership with our Branch Office
Managers to implement the IFAC Business Development Strategy.
This position will be based in Dublin. It will require flexible working hours and travel to all our Branch Offices
Key Responsibilities
o
Act as an internal practice management
consultant to each of our Branch
Managers
o
Support Branch Managers with day to
day client management
o
Monitor and manage Branch Office
performance
o
Monitor risk and compliance
o
Initiate and monitor service delivery
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be results-driven with
strong commercial acumen.
The candidate must demonstrate experience of

Liaise with the Head of Tax Department

Liaise with the H.R. Manager

Participate in the IFAC marketing
strategy

Report directly to the Chief Executive
This position requires strong professional written
and verbal communication and interpersonal
skills
Qualifications:
o
Qualified Accountant with a minimum 10
years PQE in public practice
Involvement in voluntary or other non workrelated activities would be considered an
advantage
Remuneration:
Results orientated package commensurate with
experience
