‫َع َؾ ْق ِه َوآل ِ ْه َص ََّّل اهلل‬
‫َٓ إِل َه إَِّٓ اهلل‬
‫حُم َ َّؿدٌ َر حس ْو حل اهلل‬

َ ِ ‫ك َّر ْر َأ ه َُّيا‬
‫َٓ ِإل َه إَِّٓ اهلل‬
ْ ‫ِ َِبا يـَ ْح حص حل ْإَ َم‬
‫ان‬
‫َٓ ِإِل َه إَِّٓ اهلل‬
ِ ‫ِ َِبا َي ْث حب حت‬
ْ َ‫اإل ْيؿـ‬
‫ان‬
Bi haa yathbutul Imaan Bi haa yahsulul Amaan Karrir ayyuhal insaan
‫الَ إِل َه إِالَّ اهلل‬
It strengthens your faith. It gives you protection. Repeat! O human being: ‫َال إِلهَ إِالَّ اهلل‬
‫َٓ إِل َه إَِّٓ اهلل‬
ْ‫ك َّر ْر َأ ه َُّيا الـْ حؿ ِر ْيد‬
َ ِ‫َو َد َّل ْت ب‬
ْ‫ال َم ِز ْيد‬
ْ‫َجـ َؿ َع ْت َم ْعـَى الت َّْو ِح ْقد‬
Jama’at ma’nat tawheed Wa dallat bilaa mazeed Karrir ayyuhal mureed ‫َال إِل َه إِالَّ اهلل‬
It summarized the meaning of Tawhid and represents it without excess. Repeat! O seeker of Allah: ‫الَ إِلهَ إِالَّ اهلل‬
َ ‫ال ْه َما َأ ْ َِبا حه َما َأ ْع‬
َ ‫تِؽ َْر حار َها َما َأ ْح‬
‫ال ْه تحدْ ِِن ا ْل َع ْبدَ ِم ْن َم ْوَٓ ْه َٓ إِل َه إَِّٓ اهلل‬
Tikraaruhaa maa ahlaah Maa abhaahu maa a’laah Tudnil ‘abda mim moulaah ‫َال إِل َه إِالَّ اهلل‬
Its repetition is very sweet! It is beautiful! It is Glorious! It draws the servant closer to his Master! ‫َال إِلهَ إِالَّ اهلل‬
‫كار َٓ إِل َه إَِّٓ اهلل‬
ْ ‫َأ َّن َأ ْف َض َل ْإَ ْذ‬
‫َقدْ َأتَاكَا ِِف إَ ْخ َب ْار َع ْن ا ْلـ حؿ ْص َط َػى الـْ حؿ ْخت َْار‬
Qad ataanaa fil akhbaar ‘Anil Mustafal Mukhtaar
Anna afdhalal adhkaar ‫َال إِل َه إِالَّ اهلل‬
It has indeed come to us from the selected and chosen one that the best form of remembrance is ‫َال إِلهَ إِالَّ اهلل‬
‫َٓ إِل َه إَِّٓ اهلل‬
‫َأ َّن َخ ْ َْي َما َك حؼ ْو ْل‬
Qad ataanaa fil usool
‫الر حس ْو ْل‬
َّ ‫َع ِن الـَّبِ ّي‬
‘Anin Nabiyyir Rasool
‫َقدْ َأتَاكَا ِِف ْإح حص ْو ْل‬
Anna khaira maa naqool ‫َال إِل َه إِالَّ اهلل‬
It has reached us in the primary texts from the Prophet, the Messenger that the best that we can utter is ‫ال إِل َه إِالَّ اهلل‬

‫َٓ إِل َه إَِّٓ اهلل‬
‫ِذك حْر َر ّب َك ا ْل َغ حػ ْو ْر‬
Hiya shifaa us sudoor
‫ِه َي ك ْحو ٌر َع ََّل ك ْحو ْر‬
Hiya noorun ‘alaa noor
ِ
‫الصدح ْو ْر‬
‫ه َي َش َػا حء ه‬
Dhikru rabbikal Ghafoor ‫َال إِل َه إِالَّ اهلل‬
It is a cure for the hearts. It is light upon light. The remembrance of your Most Forgiving Lord! ‫َال إِلهَ إِالَّ اهلل‬
‫َٓ إِل َه إَِٓ اهلل‬

ْ ‫َاح ا ْلـ ِجـ‬
‫َان‬
َ ‫إِ َّن م ْػت‬
Laazimoohaa yaa ikhwan
ْ ‫ك َّو حر ْوا ِ َِبا ا ْلـ َجـ‬
‫َان‬
Nawwiroo bihal janaan
ْ ‫َٓ ِز حم ْو َها َيا إِ ْخ َو‬
‫ان‬
Inna miftahal jinaan ‫َال إِل َه إِالَّ اهلل‬
Cling to it! O brethren! Illuminate the soul with it! Verily, the key to the gardens is ‫اهلل‬
‫ْي َٓ إِل َه إَِّٓ اهلل‬
ْ ْ ‫ْي ِذك حْر َر ّب ا ْل َعا َلـ ِؿ‬
ْ ْ ِ‫ِه َي ِد ْر حع َك ا ْلـ َؿت‬
َّ‫َال إِل َه إِال‬
‫ْي‬
ْ ْ ‫ِه َي ِح ْصـ َحك ا ْلـ َح ِص‬
Hiya hisnukal haseen Hiya dir’ukal mateen Dhikru rabbil ‘aalameen ‫َال إِل َه إِالَّ اهلل‬
It is your fortified fort. It is your strong armour. The remembrance of the Lord of the worlds! ‫ال إِل َه إِالَّ اهلل‬

‫َٓ إِل َه إَِّٓ اهلل‬
‫ِه َي ا ْل حع ْر َو حة ا ْل حو ْث َؼى‬
‫َٓ َيـ حَال َف َر َقا‬
Dhakiruhaa laa yashqaa Laa yanaalu faraqaa
‫ذ َاكِ حر َها َٓ َي ْش َؼى‬
Hiyal ‘urwatul wuthqaa ‫َال إِل َه إِالَّ اهلل‬
The one who mentions it will not be wretched. He will neither face any terror. It is the rope of salvation! ‫ال إِل َه إِالَّ اهلل‬

‫ات َٓ إِل َه إَِّٓ اهلل‬
ْ ‫حتـ ِْج ْي ِم ْن ك ّحل أ َف‬

ْ ‫بك‬
َ َ ‫ِ َِبا ا ْل َػ ْو حز َوالـ ََّجاة ف ْق َفا ك هحل ا ْل‬
Bihal fowzu wan najaah Feehaa kullul barakaat Tunjee min kullil aafaat ‫َال إِل َه إِالَّ اهلل‬
Success and salvation lies within. In it is all the blessings. It saves from all problems! ‫َال إِلهَ إِالَّ اهلل‬
‫َٓ إِل َه إَِّٓ اهلل‬
‫ـؿ ْو ََل إِ َّن ا ْلـ َؿ َث َل ْإَ ْع ََّل‬
َ ‫َْت ْك َتـ ِْز ْي َه ا ْل‬
‫َٓ َت ْغ َػ ْل َعـ َْفا َوَٓ ت ْ ح‬
Laa taghfal ‘anhaa walaa Tatruk tanzeehal Moulaa
Innal mathalal a’laa ‫َال إِل َه إِالَّ اهلل‬
Do not become unmindful of it and do not leave glorifying the Master. Verily, the most exalted phrase is ‫َال إِلهَ إِالَّ اهلل‬

‫ـح َّؿدٌ َر حس ْو حل اهلل‬
َ ‫اإلله حم‬

‫ـخ ْؾ ِق عـْدَ اهلل َص ح‬

Khairul khalqi ‘indallaah Saahibul ‘izzi wal jaah Khaatamu rusulil Ilaah Muhammadur Rasulullah
The best of creation and the possesser of honour and the highest rank by Allah, the seal of Allah’s messengers is
Muhammad, the (final) Messenger of Allah!
