Ms. Renuka Ramnath joins IiAS’ Board
April 8, 2015 │Mumbai: Institutional Investor Advisory Services India (IiAS) announced today that
Renuka Ramnath has joined the company’s Board of Directors.
Renuka Ramnath founded Multiples Alternate Asset Management Private Limited (Multiples) in
2009. Multiples is an investment advisory firm that manages more than USD 400 million of private
equity funds. Prior to this, she served as ICICI Ventures’ MD and CEO for over a decade, during which
she was instrumental in developing the private equity market in India and leading ICICI Ventures to
become India’s largest private equity fund.
Renuka Ramnath said, “India’s growth over the next few years will depend on its ability to attract
overseas investments, for which Corporate India will need to strengthen its governance standards. I
am pleased to join the Board of IiAS, which has raised the level of debate on corporate governance
issues and emerged as a market influencer within such a short span.”

Renuka Ramnath holds a Bachelor of Engineering from VJTI, University of Mumbai and an MBA from
the University of Mumbai. She has also completed the AMP from the Harvard Business School.
IiAS completes five years in June 2015, and currently provides voting recommendations on
shareholder resolutions of over 500 companies
