SESSION 3: INTERACTIVE SESSION-11 12:30 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. | Practical Insights: Overcoming the Challenges | Chaired by Dr Bhaskar Chatterjee, DG& CEO, IICA This session will aims to get feedback by way of constructive suggestions from entrepreneurs on how to make it simpler and more effective for enterprises to incorporate as well as remain compliant as the legal corporate entity. Delegates in this roundtable will discuss the issues and challenges faced by the entrepreneurs while suggesting practical insights for improving the ease of doing business in India. Prof Debraj Mookherjee of IIT Delhi who has conducted an in-depth research on the One Person Company will suggest the way forward.
