AGENDA
Many people believe that innovation is a pure form of creativity and it can emerge out of
coffee meetings, sketching out dashboards and writing post-it notes on walls... Most of this is
true while generating an idea or while cultivating the Entrepreneurial mindset but when it
comes to driving passion with innovation, success culminates from strategic planning and by
attaining scalability to create high worth enterprises.
The next in series of Innovators’ roundtable focuses on securing the Innovators' future by
meeting various compliances so that they are well-prepared to roll out an effective
innovation program. The challenge today is to build a culture of continuous innovation, as
well as continuous scaling, and continuous consolidation, all concurrently so that the
business is not overrun with innovations. The process of innovation is easier if the
foundation is rock solid.
