(2) Candidate is required to write his name accurately in capital letters only. The Diploma Certificate will be issued in the name as
written in the registration form.
(3) Students, who are not able to attend the convocation, may apply for their diploma after depositing fee of Rs. 2,000/- through
Demand Draft drawn in favour of Director, IITTM, payable at Gwalior. [*Students of 2012-14 batch have already paid the
convocation fee along with their semester/course fee during their course of study in IITTM. Therefore, they are not required to
deposit the convocation fee again. However, the students of other batches (2009-11, 2010-12 and 2011-13) are required to pay
the prescribed fee for convocation.]
