Note:
(1) All the entries in the registration form must be filled correctly. Application with incorrect and incomplete entries will be rejected
and no complaint in respect of the same will be entertained.
(2) Candidates are required to write their name accurately in capital letters only. The Diploma Certificates will be issued in the name
written by them in their application.
(3) Registration fee for convocation is ₹ 1,000/-* (Including Gown, Ribbon Charges & Galla Lunch) payable through Demand Draft in
favour of Director, IITTM, payable at Gwalior. The security deposit of ₹ 2,000/- for Gown and ribbon would be extra. [*The Alumni
those have already deposited their convocation fee with their semester fee during their course of study at IITTM are NOT
required to deposit the Convocation fee of ₹ 1,000/- only the security fee (refundable) of ₹ 2,000/- is to be deposited (refer point
no. 04 page 2 of the registration form].
(4) Photocopy of PG Mark sheet must be invariably attested by a Gazetted Officer and self attested.
(5) Students, who are not able to attend the convocation, may collect their diploma after depositing fee of ₹ 2,000/- through Demand
Draft in favour of Director, IITTM, payable at Gwalior.

CONVOCATION – 2015
REGISTRATION
The Convocation 2015 is scheduled to be held on 21st March, 2015
at IITTM, A-35-36, Sector-62, Noida – 201309 (U.P.)
(1)
The 2nd Convocation of the Indian Institute of Tourism and Travel Management for conferring
Post Graduate Diploma to the successful candidates of 2009-2011, 2010-12, 2011-13 and 201214 batches of all centers will be held at IITTM, Noida on 21st March 2015. Students of these
batches are cordially invited to attend the convocation to receive their Diplomas.

Students are required to report at the ‘Registration Desk’ located in the Administrative Building,
IITTM, NOIDA on 20th March, 2015 at 14:00 hrs. i.e. one day in advance before convocation.
(3)
There will be a full dress rehearsal for diploma recipients one day in advance i.e. 20th March,
2015 before convocation function at 15.00 hrs in the Convocation Hall. In case a diploma
recipient does not attend rehearsal, he / she will not be allowed to take the diploma at the
Convocation function on 21st March, 2015.

The representative of the Agency providing Dress / gown will be present at the Reception
Counter one day in advance before convocation day from 14:00 hrs onwards. A Cash amount
of ₹ 2,000.00 (refundable) as security deposit shall be charged from each candidate by the
agency at the time of issue of gown and hood. The security money will be refunded soon after
the gown and the hood are returned to the agency after the convocation function is over.
Without the proper academic robe, as prescribed by the Institute, no candidate will be allowed
to enter in the Convocation Hall.

In case, any recipient is unable to attend the Convocation, his diploma will send by the post after
the convocation, on receipt of a written request giving postal address and on depositing the
required documents, payment of outstanding dues if any, along with a fee of ₹ 2,000/- by bank
draft drawn in favour of the Director, IITTM, payable at Gwalior.

No TA / DA will be paid for attending the Convocation.
(7)
Please take your seat at convocation hall by 10.00 A.M. on 21st March, 2015.

INFORMATION REGARDING THE ACCOMPANYING PERSON

It has been decided that Alumnus participating in convocation will be allowed to be
accompanied by parents / guardians.

However the participating alumnus must register for the event clearly indicating the number of
persons accompanying him. There is a registration charge of ₹ 750/- (Rupees Seven Hundred
Fifty) each for accompanying person. This includes the participation and event lunch.

There will be a separate seating arrangement for the accompanying person.

Registration fee is non - refundable.

It may be noted that no lodging facilities will be provided by the institute for the accompanying
person.
