Technical And Hospitality Rider
Please note that this rider is only to be used as a guideline and that neither The Mighty Untouchables nor the PURCHASER is contractually restricted to the
terms within. We reserve the right to modify the rider at any time.
PURCHASER agrees to provide The Mighty Untouchables with detailed directions to the place of performance, validated parking for band member’s
vehicles, and loading zone directions/procedures.
PARKING
PURCHASER must provide parking validation for eight (8) people.
TRAVEL
If venue distance is beyond 150 miles from San Diego, California, travel arrangements and accommodations must be provided by the PURCHASER for
The Mighty Untouchables. PURCHASER must provide a minimum of eight (8) round-trip airline tickets to venue city destination. If the band is arriving
by air, PURCHASER shall, at his sole cost and expense, provide ground transportation for The Mighty Untouchables’ eight (8) people, plus luggage and
instruments, etc. between airport, hotel, performance venue, and return to airport upon departure.
If air travel is required, PURCHASER must provide hotel accommodations. A minimum of eight (8) single rooms are required. These rooms must all be at
the same establishment and within close proximity of one another. The rooms shall be available until the day after the performance with The Mighty
Untouchables to comply with checkout times and hotel rules. The PURCHASER shall not be responsible for any extra charges during the stay of the The
Mighty Untouchables.
BAND DRESSING ROOM (or Green Room)
PURCHASER shall provide one comfortable and private room. The room must be clean, shall contain at least eight (8) chairs, full length mirror, wardrobe
rack and shall be within easy access to clean and private lavatories.
FOOD AND BEVERAGES
PURCHASER must provide sufficient green room hospitality for the duration of the event for eight (8) people. This includes beverages including bottled
water, soft drinks, coffee, etc. plus light snacks such as fruit, cookies, chips, protein bars, etc. for the entire time that the band is onsite. This includes setup
and sound check. PURCHASER must provide hot meals for eight (8) people. These meals must consist of 7 regular and 1 vegetarian hot meal, salad and
dessert along with 8 plates and silverware. A case of 24 bottled waters must be supplied for the on-stage performance.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
• If the band is to play outside, PURCHASER shall provide adequate covering for the band and sound equipment.
• Sound Check: 1-2 hrs prior to event, (duration is 30 minutes - 1 hour)
• The band will ultimately work with the performance area available, but our optimal stage sizes are 20’ deep x 30’ Wide (smaller stage is 12’ Deep x 24’
Wide).
• Drum Riser: 8’ x 8’ x 2’
• Power - Four (4), 20 amp circuits on separate breakers, located not more than 40’ from the stage. Some outdoor venues may require the PURCHASER to
provide a generator.

Band Members
Mark Fulton – Bandleader/Guitar/Vocals:
Mark’s songs, production and guitar playing have been heard on many television networks, including ABC, CBS, NBC, TBS, A&E, Univision, Tele
Mundo , MTV, Animal Planet, Playboy Channel, Lifetime Network, History Channel, Discovery, Tru TV, Hallmark, Travel Channel and others through
out the world. He has performed in concert with renowned blues and jazz recording artists, including Greg Allman, Norman Brown, Jeff Lorber,
Edgar Winter, The Fabulous Thunderbirds, Wayne Johnson, Eric Reed, Charlie Daniels and Amy Grant. He has also performed and written music
for television shows featuring President Ronald Reagan, President Bush, Mario Lopez, David Foster, Joan Rivers, Pamela Anderson, Dean Cain, Rick
Dees, Boyz II Men, David Charvet, Mickey Dolenz, Ami Dolenz, Nicole Eggert and others. Mark produced and performed in Half time & Pre-game
shows for San Diego State University Aztec’s and Pregame shows for The San Diego Padres.
Mike Holguin – Musical Director/Drums/Vocals:
Mike began his career in the US Navy where he played in the Navy Band program touring the world. His versatility and passion for all styles lead
him to play with artists like Grammy Award winners Celia Cruz, Leann Rimes, Lee Ann Womack, Juice Newton and Steve Vauss. He has performed
with, John Michael Montgomery, Jamie O’Neal, Phil Vassar, James Otto, Josh Gracin, Bucky Covington, Little River Band, Son Mayor, Jose Rizo’s “Jazz
on the latin side All Stars”, Yari More Orquesta, Gilbert Castellanos Latin Jazz Quintet, Brad Steinwehe SD Jazz Orchestra, The Soul Persuaders and
others. He has also served as Musical Director for groups such as Big Time Operator, Mr. Jack Costanzo (AKA Mr. Bongo) and the US Navy Salsa
Band “Sabor”. Mike currently teaches percussion at San Diego State University, Rancho Bernardo HS, Mira Mesa HS, and Francis Parker School.
He has hundreds of studio sessions to his name and was most noteably featured on the blockbuster movie “Pearl Harbor”. Mike is also a proud
endorser of Evans Drum Heads and Vic Firth Sticks.
Leonard Tucker – Vocals:
You’ve heard his voice a million times on the radio and television. Leonard spent a great deal of his musical career in the studio recording
memorable national commercial jingles for clients including: Chevrolet, Toyota, and Coca-cola. He is well known for being the voice of Mossy
Nissan, as well as the San Diego Super Chargers Theme Song, Leonard has recorded for Disney and countless others. He currently performs with
the unforgettable seven-time Grammy award winning vocal group “The Fifth Dimension.” He has shared the stage with many of the world’s
greatest artist including, The Jacksons, Don Henley, Kenny Loggins, Lee Greenwood, Kim Carnes, Kool and the Gang, The Spinners, and The
Stylistics. He has several gospel albums to his credit, and has recorded for the Hosanna Integrity and Maranatha music labels for Artists including:
Ron Kenoly and Don Moen.
Danielle Tucker – Vocals:
Singer/song-writer, Danielle Tucker, leads her own country band - The Danielle Tucker Band, and has shared the stage with James Otto, Steel
Magnolia, Keith Anderson, Carter’s Chord, Chris Young, Jamey Johnson, Ashton Shepherd, Phil Vasser, Jamie O’Neil, Josh Gracin, and Juice
Newton. She was a regularly featured artist on San Diego’s KSON Hometown Handshake tour. Her singing career began early on as a finalist on Ed
McMahon’s Star Search and progressed through her college years while attending Azusa Pacific University. She is a proud new momma, business
owner, and a free–lance vocalist.
Mariela Contreras – Vocals:
Mariela is a recent San Diego State University graduate, a hardworking professional by day and singer by night. This up and comer has developed
a respectable professional musical career with numerous commercial recordings and professional appearances to her name- such as being the
opening act for Mexican singer, Edith Marquez. Mariela combines a classic beauty that harkens back to yester year with a truly soulful voice that
will touch your heart. Her vocal versatility and her tremendous energy have allowed her to perform with many different bands in San Diego Area
and Baja California, Mexico. When el ritmo de la noche strikes you this bilingual bombshell brings the heat Latino style evoking memories of Celia
Cruz, Gloria Estefan, and Selena. Mariela continues to expand her music knowledge and skills by studying piano and music theory.
Bobby Cressey – Keyboard:
Bobby has years of experience professionally performing and producing at the highest levels in multiple styles of music. He has played with the
world famous DJ Skee’s Skeetox band, currently plays organ for the San Diego Padres, and has performed with Ice Cube, Jesse McCartney, Xzibit,
Lil’ John, Snoop Dogg, Paul Wall, Warren G, Bobby Brown, The Glenn Miller big band and the Tom Kubis Big Band at Goldenwest. He also performs
with several original projects including the L.A. based electro pop trio ‘Smashtronauts’ as well as his own jazz piano and organ combos. His music
can be heard through multiple outlets including television, movies, terrestrial, streaming and satellite radio, and video games. He also maintains an
active roster of students, teaching a wide range of styles. He has a passion for moving others through his music, whether it is through performing,
teaching or composing.
Greg Merrill – Bass Guitar:
Greg has performed in over forty countries throughout his illustrious bass-player career. He has been honored to play with the San Diego
Symphony and with the Royal Russian Orchestra. Greg has appeared on the syndicated TV show Sabado Gigante and Siempre En Domingo, which
aired to millions of people in Latin American. It goes without saying, the man knows his Salsa and Latin beats! He has been heard on the radio in
countless commercial jingles and has been featured on the world-famous House of Blues stage. As a young man he earned an Associates of Arts
degree in music and was awarded a full scholarship to Berklee School of Music in Boston. Most notable is his patriotic service to the United States
Navy, where he served as a member of the elite Navy Band performing for prominent dignitaries.
