DAVID LLOYD HAMPTON PRO-AM 2015 – TOURNAMENT DETAILS
Teams to consist of: 3 Amateurs and 1 PGA Professional
Professional Prize Fund £3000 (subject to a full field)
Amateur Prizes to the value of £400
Entry Fee: £180 per team (£60 per player)
Standard team entry fee includes 18 holes of golf
Competition format: Stableford with a three course buffet meal and Prizes.
Breakfast is available on arrival at competitors' own expense.
A rolling buffet will be served to all competitors after the completion of their
round or before their round begins if they are an afternoon starter.

Please note our normal dress codes will apply both on the golf course and for the lunch.
The event will be played over 18 holes in a Pro-Am format.
Each Professional will play with three amateur partners with the best two nett scores at
each hole being recorded. There will also be a Professional Individual event.
Maximum Handicap will be Men - 28 and Ladies - 36. All amateurs will receive 3/4 stroke
allowance.

Conditions of Entry: Matches will be played over 18 holes stableford using the rules as governed by the R & A with local rules as
determined by the PGA. The maximum handicaps allowed in the competition and at the time of application will be 28 for gentlemen
and 36 for ladies. Up to date handicap certificates must be produced on the day of the competition. Entries must be made on the
official application form which must be accompanied by the entry fee and a stamped addressed envelope. The Competition Committee
reserves the right to accept or refuse any entry without assigning a reason and if necessary to replace players who have scratched after
the draw has been published. The return of entry fees to accepted entrants after the draw has taken place is not guaranteed. The
decision of the Competition Committee on any matter will be final. Accepted entrants may only have one practice round at the reduced
green fee rate of £5.00 for 9 holes, after the draw is announced prior to the 26th May, subject to availability. Competitors who require
caddies should contact the Head PGA Professional – 07738 294765. Competitors must start at the times specified. Penalty – risk of
disqualification.
Tees: Men to play from the white tees, ladies from the red tees. Stroke Allowance: stableford ¾ handicap from the Men’s card.
Amateurs will compete for the team prize consisting of the aggregate of the two best scores on each hole. All competitors to change
and eat after play.
