Official Listener Appreciation Party Invitation giveaway rules:
The River Country 101.7 Listener Appreciation Party is being held on April 17,2015. These rules define
how listeners can win admission to the Listener Appreciation Party. There is no cash value to the entry
tickets.
The give-away begins March 21, 2015 and continues through April 17, 2015.
No actual admission tickets will be distributed. Listeners who qualify will have their names added to the
guest list. Qualifiers and their guests will be expected to present photo ID for admission. Qualifier and
guest must check in together to insure proper registration and qualification.
Contestants and guests must be 18 years of age or older. Rules for specific methods of entry are listed
below.
River Country 101.7 and NRG are not responsible for mechanical failures or lost entries. Standard text
and call rates may apply.
There are 4 different ways to win an invitation to the 2015 Listener Appreciation Party.
Phone Calls Contest- Listen to River Country 101.7 Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 5
p.m. for the cue to call. The cue to listen for is “Hi this is Jacob Bryant and if you want to go to
the Listener Appreciation Party, be caller number( #5 or #7 or #9) right now to River Country
101.7 at 815-288-3341 or 815-626-3091” On air personnel will take the correct number caller
and add their name to the official qualifier guest list.
1. You, yourself must be the caller. Callers will be asked to provide their name and other
information that will be used for identification at the door at the Listener Appreciation
Party.
2. Callers are not allowed to give someone else’s name.
Text Message Contest- Listen to River Country 101.7 Monday through Sunday from 6 a.m. to 11
p.m. for the cue to call. The cue to listen for is “Hi this is Jacob Bryant and if you want to go to
the Listener Appreciation Party, then text message 68683 right now. The keyword is Jacob.
Make sure you put the keyword first, followed by your name. We will take the (6, 9, 12, 16) text
message right now.” The winning text will be notified by reply text and that qualifier’s name will
be added to the official qualifier guest list.
1. Only one winner per mobile number.
2. No duplicate numbers will be allowed.
3. You are only allowed one text per contest.
Email Contest- Listen to River Country 101.7 Monday through Sunday from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m.
for the cue to call. The cue to listen for is “Hi this is Jacob Bryant and if you want to go to the
Listener Appreciation Party, then Email this address right now,
[email protected]. We will take the (5, 9, 13, 17) email right now.” The winning
email will be notified that they won their invitation and added to the official qualifier guest list.
1. Only one email per person.
2. Only one winner per email.
3. You are only allowed one email per contest.
Live Broadcast Contest- Each Saturday, we go live on location and give out invitations to our party. That
is the only way you can win an invitation on Saturday.
1. You may only enter once at each remote broadcast.
2. Your entry form must include: name, address, age, phone number and email address.(if they
have one)
3. River Country 101.7 will draw ## entries from all entry forms received at that remote. Nonwinning entries are property of 101.7.
4. The schedule of the remotes is: First National Bank in Amboy, Dixon location, March 21, 2015,
10am-noon. Harolds Furniture, RockFalls, March 28, 2015, 10a-noon. Frary Lumber, Sterling,
April 4, 2015, 10a-noon.Jim Prescotts Barbeque Shop, Sterling, April 11, 2015, 10am-noon.
All decisions by River Country 101.7 are final.
