HOW TO ENTER
a.
The MIX 100.3- Pick Your Purse Contest (the “Contest”) will begin in the 9:00 a.m. hour
Mountain Time (“MT”) on April 6, 2015 and end in the 5:00p.m. MT hour on or around
May 1, 2015 (the “Contest Period”).
b.
To participate in the Pick Your Purse Contest, listeners will call 303-631-1MIX (303-6311649) when they hear the cue to call, which will happen in the 8:00a, 10:00a, 12:00p,
2:00p, 3:00p and 5:00p HOURS (MT) Monday – Friday only. Caller 10 will be asked to
guess the amount of money in the jackpot. After they guess an amount of money, they
will be told whether their guess is high or low. Caller must guess the exact amount in the
jackpot in order to win. If the caller guesses the exact amount of money they will win the
cash and the purse of their choice plus a Funjet Vacation. They will be able to choose
any purse that is still available from the selection. Cash amounts will differ. Each purse
can be viewed on the Mix 100.3 website (www.Mix100.com). As each winner selects a
purse, that purse will be identified as taken and no longer available for subsequent
winner selection. Any purse that has not already been chosen by a previous winner will
be available to the subsequent winner(s) until all the purses have been won.
c.
The Station is not responsible for telephone service outages, delays, busy signals,
equipment malfunctions and any other technological difficulties that may prevent an
individual from completing his/her telephone call.
ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS
a.
The Contest is open to all KIMN listeners who are 21 years of age or older and who
legally reside in the state of Colorado. Employees of KIMN (the “Station”), its licensee, its
corporate parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, its advertising agencies, participating
sponsors/promotional partners, other radio stations in the Denver metropolitan area and
the members of their immediate families and/or households are ineligible to participate or
win. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
b.
Contestants may only win twice per household address every CALENDAR month and
can only win once per themed contest per Calendar month.
c.
Contestants are required to provide truthful information. The Station will reject and delete
any entry that it discovers to be false or fraudulent. The Station will disqualify any entry
from individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements, and the Station will also
delete any entry received from persons under the age of 13 in compliance with the
Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.
d.
Decisions of the Station management with respect to the Contest are final.
e.
The selection of purses available at any given time will vary. New purses will be added to
the selection periodically throughout the contest. As each winner selects a purse, that
purse will be identified as taken and no longer available for subsequent winner selection.
Any purse that has not already been chosen by a previous winner will be available to the
subsequent winner(s) until all the purses have been won. KIMN reserves the right to
change the purse selection at anytime throughout the contest.
f.
All prizes or prize certificates may be picked up at the office of the Station at the address
below. PRIZE PICK UP IS MONDAY – FRIDAY FROM 9:00-5:00. The winner will forfeit
any prize or prize certificate not claimed within thirty (30) days of winning. This does not
apply to cash prizes. In the event that a prize or prize certificate is mailed to the winner, it
will be with the prior written consent of the winner and therefore, winner assumes the risk
of its loss. The Station is not responsible for the safe arrival of a prize or prize certificate.
g.
There is no substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent for prizes, except that Mix 100 may,
at its sole discretion, substitute prizes of comparable value or cash. The prizes are
expressly limited to the item(s) listed above and do not include taxes, gratuities or any
other expenses. Other restrictions may apply.
WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
a.
Decisions of the Station management with respect to the contest are final.
b.
Winners will be selected via the method described in “How to Enter” section of these
official contest rules.
CONDITIONS
a.
Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the winners.
Winners will be required to sign an IRS Form W-9 or the equivalent. Failure to provide an
accurate and complete Social Security Number, if required, is a violation of federal law
and will result in forfeiture of prize.
b.
By participating in the Contest, the winner agrees to have the winner’s name, voice, or
likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this contest without
additional financial or other compensation, and, where legal, to sign a publicity release
confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the prize.
c.
Prior to awarding any prize or prize certificate, the Station in its sole discretion may
require contest winners (and their travel companions, if any) to sign a liability release,
agreeing to hold the Station, its corporate licensee, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated
corporations, and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents and
representatives of each of them harmless against any and all claims or liability arising
directly or indirectly from the prize or participation in the Contest.
d.
The Station, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering
with the entry process, the operation of the Station’s Web Site or is otherwise in violation
of the rules. It further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Contest if it is
not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs,
tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort.
e.
The Station reserves the right to make changes in the rules of the Contest, including the
substitution of a prize or equivalent value, which will become effective upon
announcement. If due to circumstances beyond the control of the Station, any
competition or prize-related event is delayed, rescheduled, postponed, cancelled or has a
change of venue, the Station reserves the right, but not the obligation, to cancel or modify
the Contest and shall not be required to award a substitute prize.
f.
Failure to comply with the Contest rules may result in a contestant’s disqualification,
solely at the discretion of the Station.
g.
The Station is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering
or the administration of the Contest, or in the announcement of a prize.
h.
Copies of the written contest rules and a list of winners (when complete) are available
during regular business hours at the main studio of KIMN, 720 S. Colorado Blvd, Suite

1. Eligibility/Entries: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry
and a legal United States resident to enter. Employees of Funjet Vacations, The Mark
Travel Corporation, La Macchia Enterprises, and KIMN and their subsidiaries, affiliates,
sales representatives, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies and members of
each of their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their
respective spouses) and those living in the same household of each are not eligible.
Contest begins at 12:01 A.M. on April 6, 2015 and ends at 11:59 P.M. May 1, 2015.
Entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules. Judges decisions are
final. All federal, state, and local laws apply. Limit one entry per person or per valid email address.
To enter, PROVIDE ENTRY REQUIREMENTS. NOTE: If online entry, include the
following: By entering this contest, entrants give their express permission to be
contacted by Sponsor by telephone, email and/or postal mail. If entrant chooses to
receive email promotions from Sponsor, entrant may unsubscribe at any time by

privacy policy. Entrants must provide a valid email address to enter online. Entries will
be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the
time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is
assigned to the e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider, or
other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) which is responsible for
assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
Proof of being the authorized account holder may be required. On-line entries must be
submitted by 11:59 P.M. on April 30, 2015.
2. PRIZE: 5 vacation for two (2) with Funjet Vacations including round-trip charter airfare
for two (2) on Southwest Airlines value flights from Denver, 4 night stay at the all
inclusive RIU Playacar, Riviera Maya, Mexico, including round trip airport/hotel
transfers. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $1000.00 per person. Odds of winning
depend on the number of eligible entries received.
3. RESTRICTIONS: Limit one (1) prize per person or household. Sponsor reserves the
right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable
for any reason. All taxes, fees, and surcharges on the prize and all meals, gratuities,
spending money, and all other expenses not specified herein are the sole responsibility of
the prizewinner. Government-imposed per passenger travel taxes are approximately
$150.00 per person are not included and are payable by winner prior to travel. Winner is
responsible to get to a Funjet Vacations’ departure city. Travel must be taken (April 6 –
May 24; May 29 – June 26; July 9 – November 25; December 1-15, 2015; January 8 –
February 10; February 26 – March 10; April 1 – May 29, 2016) and is subject to
availability and is not allowed over holidays, blackout dates or convention periods.
Confirmation will be given on a space available basis only. Once a reservation is made,
no changes are permitted. Prize is not transferable, assignable or redeemable for cash.
No prize substitutions, except as provided herein. Winner is responsible for providing all
necessary travel documentation, including passports. IMPORTANT NOTICE
REGARDING NEW PASSPORT REQUIREMENTS FOR INTERNATIONAL
TRAVEL: As of January 23, 2007 all international travelers must present a
government issued passport for U.S. Customs re-entry after air, land or sea travel.

www.dhs.gov. It is the traveler’s responsibility to provide proper documentation.
Married or divorced women traveling under names other than what is printed on their
travel documents, must supply a marriage license and/or divorce decree. Funjet Vacations
will not rebook or revise any reservations if travelers do not possess a valid U.S. Passport
by their date of departure. Travel arrangements are subject to availability. Winner and
guest will be required to sign the Funjet Vacations Bill of Rights.
4. By accepting prize, winner grants Funjet Vacations and their subsidiaries, affiliates, sales
representatives, distributors, and advertising and promotional agencies (“Sponsor and its
agents”) the right to use and publish winner’s proper name, state of residence and
likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes on-line and in print, or in any other
media worldwide in connection with the Contest, without limitation and without
additional compensation except where prohibited. Prizewinner will be required to sign
and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability Release prior to receiving travel
documents. Guest of prizewinner will be required to sign and return a liability release
form prior to ticketing of prize. Noncompliance with these requirements, ineligibility, or
return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and
selection of an alternate winner.
5. LIMITATIONS of LIABILITY: Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for lost, late,
damaged, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, postage-due or mutilated entries or mail or
for any computer, on-line, telephone or technical malfunctions, delays or human errors
that occur in the processing, transmission or receipt of entries, or for inaccurate
transcription of entry information, or for entries that are stolen, misdirected, garbled, lost
or delayed by computer transmissions. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of
being conducted as planned, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bus,
tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond the
control of Sponsor, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate,
modify or suspend the Contest and award the prize from among all eligible entries
received to date. By accepting prize, winner agrees to release Sponsor and its agents,
subsidiaries, and each of their respective officers, employees, and directors, from any and
all liability, loss or damage of any kind incurred with respect to the awarding, receipt,
possession, and/or misuse of any prize, or to participation in the Contest or in prizerelated activities; including any travel related thereto.
