Special Notes
Imperial is committed to consistently providing our customers with the finest
quality food and highest level of service. We take great pride in every
event that we do. It is for this reason, we feel confident that we will be able
to take care of your catering needs.

All desserts as well as continental breakfast pastries will require a 24 hour
advance notice. All specialty sheet cakes will require a 48-hour notice.

A minimum of 24 hour advance notice is required for all meals. More time is
appreciated although we realize that sometimes this is not possible.

Events will always be set up buffet style (self-serve) unless otherwise
requested. There will be a service charge of $20.00 per hour, per server if a
server is requested.

There is a $25.00 delivery fee for any orders with in a 25 mile radius of Tulsa.
Any catering outside of the Tulsa area will be subjected to a mileage charge.

Cancellations must be given at least 24 hours in advance on orders of 20
people or less and 48 hours on orders of 20 people or more.

