No. 4/43/LA/2014-Com{Rev) : The Governor of Manipur is pleased to notify under section 11(1) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 that the land measuring 1.8009 hectares (4.45 acres) of land described in the schedule annexed herewith are likely to be needed for a public purpose i.e. construction of 5000 MT capacity Godown (CAF & PD) at Village No. 13Babupara (Jiribam) in Imphal East District,Manipur and that the Additional District Magistrate, Imphal East has been appointed as Administrator under section 43 of the said Act for the purposes of rehabilitation and resettlement. 2. Further, the Governor of Manipur is also pleased to authorize the concerned SubDivisional Officer(s), Sub-Deputy Coliector(s),AS&SO(s) and staff under their control to take steps under the provisions Compensation of section 12 read with and Transparency in Land Acquisition, section 13 of the Rehabilitation Right to Fair and Resettlement Act, 2013 and to submit report to the Collector (LA), Imphal East.
